Lost my receipt with my tracking number, the representative I'm emailing with has repeated herself several times instead of allowing me to describe what I shipped and my address that should be on the box. I literally just shipped over 50 dollars back to them and cannot get store credit or a refund. I hate that This happened because I really loved their clothing, can't deal with such shady business people though.

    Forgot to add they allows me to order over several
    Items that were NOT in stock...when I brought up the issue, the representative made me take a picture of the shipping label that shows what THEY sent me to prove that I didn’t get what I was claiming. I did show them and got my refund, HOWEVER, how do you miss MULTIPLE items in an order then ask me to prove YOU made the mistake? Ridiculous. This was a different order... my return not getting compensated was the last straw for me.
