I ordered something from FansEdge in the past and was very disappointed. However I took another chance recently and ordered a few things from them and that was the biggest mistake I've ever made. Never received a confirmation email or tracking number. Weeks passed and nothing arrived so I contacted their support and asked what was going on. Their rep promised to contact me back as soon as possible. No one ever emailed or called me. I sent them a message asking about the status of my order and received a computer generated response that made absolutely no sense. I'm very disappointed and I'll never buy anything from them again! This place needs to be shut down!
