My car has been broken into twice in the last 6 months, and we have only just found out that my BRAND new car (14 reg) doesn't come with an alarm? Nobody mentioned during the sale that the car didn't come with an alarm, the salesman just rushed the sale and never told us anything! Rang the dealer, and they have said as nobody has worked there longer than six months (my car's older than any of the new staff) so it's not their problem! Completely awful customer service, and frankly misselling as the salesman should have mentioned, according to the dealers own admission!

Do you expect them to list EVERYTHING that isn't included? Did they tell you the sale doesn't include a marching band? Did they tell you there isn't a tiger in the back seat? Of course not. It's up to you to ask what is INCLUDED with the sale.
