Etour And Travel / Did not succeed in canceling a package

I tried to contact etour and travel to cancel a package deal but every time I tried the wait was too long or the phone was not in service. I e-mailed them and no one contacted me back and I would like a refund on the deposit I put down which was $98.

Maybe you couldn't get through to eTour and Travel because the phone lines were down all day last monday and tuesday. They are willing to take into consideration that the phone lines were down on those days if you were still in your cancellation period. I would advise trying to call them back. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company.

I called and cancelled around April 20 and have a cancellation number. Now they are saying they have no record of the cancellation and have hit my credit card TWICE for $398 each time. These people need to be put out of business!!!
