SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / deactivation

I have purchased a dish tv from your local
> (Kasganj distt. Kanshiram Nagar U.P.) dealer. he gave me 3
> months package with dish tv free of cost. after 3 months one
> day he calls me that he charged my account with rs. 500/-
> wrongly. i don't want charged my a/c that time.i have
> received an sms on my mobile regarding this charge.your
> dealer tell me that if i would not pay him rs. 500/- then he
> would close my account. after that he deactivate my account.
> tell me where i was wrong and why he deactivate my a/c. if i
> don't want to recharge my a/c. then will he forced me?
> or if he charged wrongly my a/c, where is my
