This company is cheating the customers. Every now and then they are demanding extra payments for different channels for which I have not demanded or they are demanding extra money for already subscribed channels. Today there are three of their transponders are not working, thus many channels which I view are not available. If one tries to phone there is lot of time wasted on liostening to the waiting music on their phone of call center. The local distributor is not ready to help either. It is a money fleecing business. Many a times their transponders are not working; if that so occurs they should publically admit before the customers and refund the money if they are genuine people.
I wish something concrete should be done to correct this.
