Direct Express / refund policy
They are the biggest crook's out there. I had fraudulent activity on my card they put the funds back on my card just to take it back on December 3rd... I had to send them proof that I was in the hospital the date's of the fraudulent charges. After sending them all the paperwork a police report and the hospital report I still have not received my money back they don't respond to emails and forget trying to contact them by phone. They don't care and I was told by one of the employees that they don't have to adhere to the FDIC guidelines. So unlike traditional banks our money is not protected. I I was told to contact the Texas Banking Commission. Has anyone else have any ideas on what to do?? Our money is being stolen and no one cares. Better off with a prepaid card.
