Direct Express / can't access account by phone or internet
I have tried on several occassions to access my account by phone and on the website. I use to be able to talk to a human being about my account transactions but now it feeds me a menu and when I pick the one most likely to help me it drops the call. I also picked an option to have them give me a call when my account drops below $95.00. They have discontinued that practice I assume, they haven't given me that courtesy but once. I have noticed on this site it's happening to a lot of people. My next step will be to contact my congressman! This is serious. I too am missing several hundreds of dollars but can not confirm because they wont let me in!!
