On 8/12/17, my order was charged at 8:33 pm, and I was asked to wait in Lane #2 for my order to be brought out. The vehicle in front of me during check out was in Land #1. After a few minutes the order for Land #1 was brought out and vehicle left. It was 8:50 pm and I still had not gotten my order. Another vehicle parked in Lane #1. Within a few minutes their order was brought out. Finally at 8:53pm, I got down and asked assistant manager Irene, who charged me for my order, that I just wanted my money back. She wasn't that shocked or upset that she and her staff dropped the ball. She returned my money and just said, "sorry about that." It is ridiculous that the order was obviously lost but also with two people going out to take orders for Lane #1, not asking has Lane #2 order been filled. This was not only poor customer service but no customer service.
