Cymax / company refused cancellation

Made order for computer furniture from Cymax. The next day I realized that I had ordered the wrong keyboard for the desk, and had it cancelled. 1 hour later I attempted to cancel the entire order. Didn't get an answer. The next day I got an email saying that part of my order had been shipped even thought I had placed the cancellation. I called the company and was told by them they they would place a return. 3 Days later i received another email that the remainder of my order had shipped. Of course I refused the order and was told that I had to pay shipping charges and restocking fee. Total payment for shipping and restocking $500 + dollars. The company is a rip off artist...I would certainly tell everyone that I come across not to do business with them.
