Complete Savings / recurring $12 debit

US Review updated:

Apparently while processing a payment for concert tickets at, this 'Complete Savings' company used my debit card information to begin an unauthorized subscription to their service. They debited $12 on the same day every month from my account for 3 months. When I called them to find out who they were & what they were doing, the lady was emphatic in stating that I had requested a subscription to their service and that they make their subscription details as clear as possible on the websites on which they attach their 'services'. Although they claim that I subscribed to their service, they had no problem agreeing to cancel the service and refund the charges that they made to my account...i'll have to wait and see if that actually happens. Regardless, the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau will be contacted in my state to register this issue.

This has happened to me for the past year, and I want it to stop! I thought it was resolved but going back and reviewing the last year statement beginning in Jan. 02. 2010 I have been charged this amount 12.00 each month. I want it refunded back to me. I orginally thought that this was something that credit card company was charging, but after speaking with them and learning that this is not a charge from them. I want it refunded!!! I never authorized these transactions
