I am a regular shopper at Coles and can't understand why you do not have a self service product location touchscreen in your stores. Often I see customers wandering around trying to find an item asking other shoppers or "visitors".
You used to have laminated cards at aisle ends but they were pretty limited.
If I can't find it easily I end up not buying it and you lose a purchase.
This technology is easily deployed and you would only need a couple per store located at above little kid height.
It could include all products at a descriptive level e.g. flour or by brand.
Do yourselves a favour Coles and help us to help ourselves.
