I placed an online order through the website listed above, back in March 2015. With the membership there is automatic shipment of subsequent orders, and there is a supposed tab to choose how many months out you want the next shipment to be sent. I had put in the time of 6-12 months. I received another order recently, dated 5/22/2015 for the amount of $79.90. If you saw what you get for this amount you would laugh. I called their customer service number listed on the invoice, which states the hours they can be reached as 9-4 Pacific time. I left three messages throughout the first day, and the next day. The voicemail says they will return the call shortly. I did not have the money for $80.00 to be taken out of my account when this was sent. My husband was angry with me, and I promised to call the company and get it straightened out. Well, I cannot reach them. I want to cancel my membership, and if they don't answer soon...I will have to call the Attorney General office to file an official complaint.
