Chipotle Mexican Grill uncooked rice not very appetizing

Very disappointing, my family eats at the Suwanee Chipotle at least once every other week ($40), on 1/18 we ordered two veggie bowls and chips $13. We get home and started eating to find out the rice was not fully cooked, called and spoke with a gentleman and gave him my name and he said hold on to your receipt and we'll replace the order. Go into today 2/1, speak with lady that tells me we have no record of your name and the man does not recall this happening. I explained that we eat here regularly, I'm not trying to cheat you out of $13 bucks. It sounds like Chipotle does not honor there word, make sure you confirm and reconfirm they take your name. I will never ever eat at this location again and female Manager was rather nasty about it as I showed her the receipt in hand. Poor customer service over $13 dollars...wow!

Chipotle Mexican Grill guacamole

At work we ordered online...I ordered guacamole on my bowl and this is what they thought was appropriate. This is disgusting and needs to be addressed. Chipotle charges extra for the guacamole and I'd like to know who allowed it to be placed on my food and what other patrons have said about it. I would like correspondence about how this is being addressed.

Chipotle Mexican Grill food poisoning

Today (January 26, 2018) marks the third time I have gotten food poisoning from this ridiculous company. I got food poisoning from them back in 2014, then I got E. coli from them back in 2016 and now I have food poisoning again. These ignorant employees do not know how to handle food properly. NEVER again will I eat at this establishment. I understand that accidents do happen, but for a company like this who has a history of an E. coli outbreak should be more strict with their training. I hope this company goes out of business. Unless you want to be [censor] your brains out on the toilet while throwing up in a waste basket for 48 hours then you should go somewhere else. Perhaps maybe a dumpster because its probably better for you and not overpriced!

Chipotle Mexican Grill store manager

I was hired in October of 2017 and was told by Abdeel the store manager I would be full time. That did not happen. I was treated harshly on my first week of work for not measuring up to someone whose worked there for 7 Years. I was blamed for things that didn't happen on my shift. I was even injured on the job and continued to work there. When I asked for a transfer 2 weeks before I moved so I could be at a more reachable location I was given a hostile attitude. I was not given the transfer as if the manager wanted to keep me in his clutches, I was fired for not being able to make it to work for that one day. I went above and beyond for this company and was not given fair treatment like an employee should be. This manager is a bad representation of Chipotle because he treats employees like pieces of expendable meat. I would like to speak with someone who has say so because I like the company but I know when I am being discriminated against and mistreated.

Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service

I went in for dinner at chiptotle on Eddy street, Notre Dame IN and was treated terribly. I asked for a bowl to go and the young woman asked what type of rice I wanted. When I said brown, which was running low, she rolled her eyes and slammed down the bowl. The next woman asked what type of meat I wanted, when I responded only veggies, she too rolled her eyes and rudely said what else do you want?! I was caught very off gaurd seeing as though I was smiling and using appropriate manners. I'm thoroughly disappointed and feel as if they were annoyed by my presence. I hope that management is able to prevent any other customers from being disrespected in this way and I will be sure to avoid chipotle until their employees learn to respect people.

Chipotle Mexican Grill smaller portions, higher prices

I live in New York. I used to love going to Chipotle, and would go often. Increasing prices and severely diminished portion sizes have convinced me they are not the restaurant they once were. I should never have to ask for more LETTUCE when ordering a salad. Very disappointing. I believe others have taken issue with this as well since they used to have lines out the door, and now have a 10 second wait during the lunchtime rush.

Chipotle Mexican Grill burrito bowls north miami beach

I consitantly Am over paying for a bowl, everytime I go to the chipolete location in North Miami Beach, Fl. I get a small scoop of brown rice and I ask for a half and half chicking and barbacoa. At most its about maybe six pieces and chicken and a a small amount of barbacoa. We as customers pay 9-12 dollars a plate and we are getting less than what we pay for. It seems the managers clearly tell the employees to put alot so they can save money and get more bonuses for thier pockets cutting food cost. This is unfair because we are paying customers and we get cheated out our food for the convinence of the store profits. I have made it a commitment to stop my fanily from going to chipolete because I do not any change and this is not the only store it happens at.

Chipotle Mexican Grill gift card policy unethical, cannot cancel if stolen and not used yet.

On 12/18/2017 I ordered two gift cards from Chipotle One Metro Center in NYC. I mailed them along with other items and gift cards to a family member in another state. The post office lost the box with gifts and gift cards inside. I went into Chipotle and was told I had to go into the Chipotle I purchased the gift cards from. I went there with the original receipts and was told that their corporate office stated that they can not tell me if they were used or not and would not issue me a refund. I informed them that other gift cards purchased from other stores tracked theirs to see if they were used, they were not, they offered me the option to cancel the card, a refund or another gift card. Chipotle offered me a 25 minute wait and then Ajee Atwell told me that there was nothing they would do and "your money is just lost. He offered me to call the corporate and ask them, but did not give the number he called and there is not one on online.

Chipotle Mexican Grill unsanitary food

On 1/6/18 in the evening I visited the 1000 palisades center Drive, West Nyack Chipotle and had to stand in a line that was actually out the door.
Once I finally sat down to eat the steak bowl, I felt something in my mouth. I pulled out a long piece of hair. I was so upset. I show the assistant manager and he said he didn't know who's hair it was. He said he would make me another bowl. I had to stand in line all over again. I asked for a refund which I was given. However, I thought that it was very poor customer service. They should have at least offered another one for free or buy one get one free. I didn't get anything. It was like its the norm to have a steak bowl with hair. I am disappointed in the customer service.

Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service management

On Saturday January 6th 2018 at approx 6:30 pm-7:30 pm my husband and I went to Chipotle located at 3565 Nicholasville Rd Lexington KY, 40503 to grab dinner. The line was very long due to them having 5 people working total and most of the meats had ran out. By the time my husband and I got to the front to order we wanted the Barbocoa meat which they had a spoonful left. I asked the lady if they were in the process of making more meat. She looked pissed off and shrugged her shoulders which was very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I then asked if I could ask the manager and she said that's her behind me, She then asked the manager " How long for more Barbocoa meat the customers would like to wait? The manager was rude and said 15 mins really loud and in a nasty way. Well needless to say 15 mins turned into 1 hour wait and the manager never once acknowledged we were standing waiting. She didn't even bother to walk over to us and say I'm sorry for the wait, but instead she didn't say a word to us she looked at us but said nothing. After 55 Mins of waiting my husband got really upset and said " Lets go some where else" The customer service was poor and the staff was very unprofessional. The manager who is suppose to set an example was the worse of them all.

Chipotle Mexican Grill salad order

I ordered from 31827 Pacific Hwy S Ste Federal Way WA 98003 on 1/6/18, order # 185/2 at 1:39PM. The salad I received did not come with the dressing, and multiple pieces of the lettuce were inedible as they were the very base of the lettuce. It was a disappointing meal. This is food that a co worker picked up for us, so I was unable to simply return to the counter and get the salad dressing.

Chipotle Mexican Grill quality of food and professionalism of staff, sexual harassment

We picked up 2 chicken burrito bowls and while waiting on line, the staff there did not have any chicken on the grill. They did not cook any fresh chicken. The grill was clean and I was wondering where was the chicken coming from. The many staff there were not doing anything but bull [censor] around and not tending to the customers needs like myself.

They were womanizing and looking at my daughter like she was a piece of meat. There was no supervision.

There was very little chicken, sour cream and guacamole in the burrito bowls which looked dried out which I was being charged extra for.

Very poor service when I was charged $24.17.

I was very disappointed when I was looking forward to your burrito bowls.

Is this how you do business? No professionalism. And sexual harassment in the work place.

Chipotle Mexican Grill very rude and aggressive manager

chrtstian the evening manager was rude and aggressive regarding the steak portions. I am repeat customer and visit this location a minimal of 4 times in a month. Why embarrasse me for a half spoon of steak. Address of location 1774 Sheridan st. Hollywood Fl. Chipotle Mexican Grill chicken burrito

My wife went to chipotle restaurant located in Stuyvesant Plaza in Albany New York tonight 1/1/18 at around 7:25 pm eastern time. She ordered a chicken burrito along with a beef bowl. I dont know the name of employee he was an African American young male with blond hair. Every item she asked for was shorted on. We are both avid Chipotle customers and have always had good experiences at every location with the portions being large given the cost. We don't mind paying usually given the portion sizes. The burrito ended up Tiny and not hardly a meal. She didn't even eat it because there were barely any ingredients on either dish. She did not want me to complain but given the fact we are good customers I feel this was a horrible experience and she just felt totally ripped off by the amount of food she was given.

Chipotle Mexican Grill employee discrimination

I am rikki graniel, former employee at chiptole. In June, 2014 I left my job and was on unemployment for unaccomendated needs. Since the day I started the job until I left and even until this day I have suffered massive amounts of anxiety and uncomfortable in any work place. It was brought to my attention that what happen to me during my time at c hiptole was discrimination. My team manager multiple times was very degrading. Zenxa was my manager at closing shift she would make me clean floor panels while customers were eating and ordering as well to my face told me " the staff don't like you because your white ". I had no idea at the time how much it would effect me and how bad she disrespected me and made me feel degraded. I am filing this complaint before to BBE. I filed for social security the moment i left my job for anxiety and severe depression I am still fighting for my life now . Can't find a job because I feel so bad and never going to be good enough. These words repeat in my brain " we don't like you because your white".

How did they not accommodate your needs? At the time of your employment, was your depression legally considered a disability? You will need to contact your human resources department directly as this website is not affiliated with Chipotle.

Chipotle Mexican Grill allowing non-service animals in store

I walked into your Chico store, there was a German shepherd run it around the store. An went behind the counter where food was being made an served. I went to the cashier an asked if that was allowed an she went to ask an one employee stated if it is an service dog then they are allowed. The dog was clearly NOT a service animals, once it was my turn to order I asked again if there is hair in my food do I get a refund an the employee stated he doesn't know, an that they can not do anything about it.

Chipotle Mexican Grill bad management

So this so called manager JOANNA doesn't have any ability to be a manager she responded with a teenage attitude about firing someone and if I'm not correct a manager should approach a person and not gossip around chipotle saying "they fired" when really the person never filed to say they quit so for that being said that "manager" you guys have on 86st shouldnt be there if she's not professional about her job! Even the location itself is filthy and nasty not organized what's so ever and everything is unorganized need more attention in the store and the manangers need to be more professional and not act like that part of the crew they need to be their boss not friends

In the recent months, I was repeatedly discriminated in your following branches.

1. Chipotle Mexican Grill
21029 Center Ridge Rd, Fairview Park, OH 44126

2. Chipotle Mexican Grill
14881 Detroit Ave, Lakewood, OH 44107

Instead of an appropriate address of welcome, two African American/Black employees of yours reduced me to my German accent. In Lakewood, a young black woman reduced me to my foreign origins, which was absolutely unnecessary. In Rocky River, another young black woman started to call me "accent." I don't know what you teach your employees how to treat customers, but it is not only disrespectful but offensive to call a customer nicknames like "accent." Her next sentence was "are you still in America?".
I am an international honors student. My wife is American, born and raised in Ohio, and it is embarrassing that I am called names like "accent" in your branches. I have been in many countries all over the world, I lived in California for half a year, and nowhere was I trodden so disrespectfully like in your restaurants in Rocky River and Lakewood. I will not tolerate this any longer.
Besides my studies, I am a shareholder of a company in Germany, and I hereby assure you, you will hear from my lawyer if there will be no apology and a decent form of reimbursement. I furthermore assure you that I will sue, and I will press charges against your company, which is apparently not able to teach their employees how to treat customers respectfully. I'm living in the United States now for over two years, and I am an English Honors student. I have never experienced any kind of equally disrespectful behavior in any other restaurant in the United States.
My wife and I went to your restaurants several times a week, but your employees made me by now feel too uncomfortable to eat at Chipotle again.

Chipotle Mexican Grill billed but received no food

I tried to order food online at the chilpote in north Brunswick NJ and it said 3 times that the order can not be processed... Frustrated I said forget and ordered from wing stop. Well that day I checked and I had a pending transaction for $12.80 in my account. I called the store spoke to some rude manager which would not even give me their name. And said basically if I don't have a receipt I can't get a refund. How can I have a receipt if you're website would not allow me to process my food order. I have been a customer at this Chipotle for since opened and I am extremely disgusted and shocked how a was treated. Please look into this matter
