Cheap Fare Guru / bad customer service

I regret that I have purchased my airline ticket thru this agency. This is my first time buy and will be the last. First of all, they don't communicate with the customer with any basic manners. They never introduce themselves and never are courteous. I needed to postpone my ticket for a medical reason. I have called them yesterday 3 times and was put on hold for more than an hour each time. Only once somebody answered me and quickly put me on hold again. It was very frustrating. By the accent I know for sure he is a "Desi". I am so embarrassed. I called them again today- 7-22-15 and I got some help but before I finish asking him a few questions he hung up again!!! I couldn't take his name or ID number. This is a bad business to do with. They are charging me $475 to postpone my ticket. I wish I was gone straight with Lufthansa to book the ticket. This is a very good lesson learn. I will never recommend them to my family or friends ever again.
