Cash In My Bag / Only Bonafide / why is it always so unfair?
I ordered from them several items and my money was immediately charged. But when I received the items and saw how terrible they were, I wanted to get a refund, they said that it would take up to 5 weeks. What?
Why does it take forever?
I would also like to add that your customer service was rude to me as if I wanted to rob them and get their money from their own wallet. I think it's very unprofessional.
Please, look into the matter and teach them how to talk to customers.
