Cash In My Bag / OnlyBonafide why is it always so unfair?

I ordered from them several items and my money was immediately charged. But when I received the items and saw how terrible they were, I wanted to get a refund, they said that it would take up to 5 weeks. What?
Why does it take forever?
I would also like to add that your customer service was rude to me as if I wanted to rob them and get their money from their own wallet. I think it's very unprofessional.
Please, look into the matter and teach them how to talk to customers.

Cash In My Bag / OnlyBonafide The seller hasn't commented about the cancellation of the order

Stay away from www.cashinmybag.com. I saw the designer’s bag and felt in love with it. I have placed the order and the seller had a chance to charge me. I checked my email and found out that the order has been cancelled. I opened the website and found out that the bag was relisted and its price went up. I was surprised to see it and emailed the seller, but he decided not to comment.
