Careem Networks / I am complaining about a captain (arslan talib)
Good morning sir!
Your captain (arslan talib) has rude behavior. Today when I want to book careem this man was eating breakfast. The problem is when you (arslan talib) are eating breakfast why you accept my request??
After that when I call him and asked him why are you not moving (after 5 minute accept request) then he started shouting that it is not my fault its your fault I am eating breakfast I will come 10 to 15 minutes late. When I tell him to cancel then he refused to cancel.in the mean while I was charged with 150 (PKR) due to waiting careem. Please take appropriate actions and give me back 150 (PKR) waiting charges. I will thankful for you if you respond my email.
