Capitec Bank / my account is closed

My account has been closed by other client she borrowed me r3000 by the time I was suppose to pay her my phone was unreachable because I was in rural areas so she taught I robbed her, capitec closed my account on the 14 june, on the same day I was paying the client r1500 via fnb, after that she wrote an affidavit explaining that there was a miscommunication and she cancelled the investigation, and I told her that I don't have another 1500 now as my capitec account is closed and is the one i'm getting my salary from we aggreed both of us I will pay her when my account is active because I don't have money as my money its stucked from capitec, they told us that we must email i'd copies and proof of payment of r1500, and affidavit of what I agree to refund her r1500 from my capitec account we did that, but still my account is closed i'm worried because I will get paid for twice and not getting my money, why is so easy to closed my account without confirming to me and now i'm stucked, capitec is taking long plzz help just realise my money
