Burger King unfriendly manager and didn't get my order correct

ordered food and requested two bbq sauce and two sweet & sour sauce to go with my two orders of chicken fries. Was told by the cashier two came with each order. Took a while for my food waiting on the onion rings. Received my meal from the manager and asked if she put the sauces in the bag. She said yes. I looked into the bag and i only had one bbq and one sweet & sour. I asked the manager for additional sauce and she said the meal only came with one sauce per meal. The cashier told her it came with two and the manager argued with the cashier and told her she was wrong. The manager then told me i had to go back to the register and buy the extra sauce. When i asked her if she could take my money and get the sauce, she said no, i would have to get back in line and buy it myself. The kind cashier came up to me and took my money so i wouldn't have to get back in line. The manager came back and rudely pointed at a poster on the wall stating that the nuggets came two sauces not the chicken fries. I was so upset on how she handled the situation i left without getting my change or sauces i just paid for. When i got back to work i realize the manager did not give me my whopper. After looking at my receipt to make sure i paid for it, not only did i pay for it, the receipt also showed where i should have received two sauces per chicken fri order. I returned to the bk and the manager was very unfriendly once again. I told her i didn't get my whopper and my receipt showed i should have gotten my sauces. She told me the receipt always shows two sauces by that is not what you get.
The cashier came up to me and gave me the sauces that i paid for earlier and the manager rushed the cooks to get my whopper to me. Manager still very unkind but did say "have a nice day" as she gave me my food.

Burger King employees not cleaning hands or use gloves

Went to get food at the 3745 josey LN, Carrollton . TX location .
Employees don't wear gloves preparing the food. Exstremly slow service, it seems that the employees do not respect management. Want to bathroom after employee, the sink in the bathroom was dry and had not been used.
Returned to dining room to tell my wife and kid to not eat more and leave.

Burger King food poisoning from bacon cheeseburger

Today at 2:11 pm on 11/13/2016 i ordered a bacon cheese burger from burger king at bridge st Lowell.

The first thing that seemed rather odd is they said they had no cheese which is fine.

The bacon cheese burger seemed to be heated in the microwave way to long and it tasted disgusting.

There was mustard all over the packaging which showed a lack of presentation or any care.

I got sick to the point i was throwing up and having bowl movements i was hunched over in pain after eating it.

I plan on calling corporate on Monday to talk to some one in charge because paying money to get sick is a real bad.

I should have gone some place else though i figured there food could not be as bad as it was.

Any food can make you sick at anytime. In fact, since the bacteria that causes food poisoning can stay in your system for up to a week it is damn near impossible to anyone, even a doctor, to tell you the exact cause of the food poisoning.The more you know.

They may not be able to pin point the cause though it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out what has the most likelihood and considering that fact i got sick right after eating it chances are high it was caused by it.

Burger King general manager

The general manager at the Burger King in Athens, Tn is very unprofessional. She is not patient at all. She is very rude. I dont believe she does a great job at all. She does a terrible job as a manager and I strongly believe that she needs to be replaced. I often hear several customers that I know that has visited the store complaining of her, as well. I was in the store on November 5, 2016.

Burger King service

I went burger king 495 San Antonio ave Many Louisiana October 18 2016 @1245 for lunch order the whopper meal two for 10, while driving almost 30miinute down the road while eating I notice a tag between my meat and lettuce that read Queso Dressing and expiration date. I pulled over and google the number to the location since there was no receipt in the bag or n the bag. I spoke manage on duty Katrina, explained my issue she stated that whom ever fixed the order could have touched the tag and it fell onto the burger. (NASTY) Katrina advised that I come back and the order would be redone. I told her that I was traveling through going to a funeral and will stop on my way back. Yesterday October 24, 2016 @945 I stopped at the same location asked for manager, Laketra came out of the office, I tried to explained to her the issue and asked for Katrina last name and she was quick to give her last name. Laketra stated that she was not there and no note was left about my issue. I asjed well did she put my name she was rude never asked my name and walked off. I asked the the other co worker what was her last name no one new, or the store number, I asked who was the ditricy manager and was told Linda Young was the district manager. Ms. Laketra was not professional, she needs more training in customer sevi and gould mnot have the role of a manager. I should have checked reviews and would have never stopped because there's not one good review. the staff need traing and their apperience is aweful and the place is filty, no one wears hair nets or gloves. I will never patronized that location and would not recommend it, I call the coporated office 800 number and the representative ststed that that location was privately own but it still hod the Burger King name. Pleasse get t together because it will be a lost for BK, it was my first and last time going there.

Burger King customer service in evanston, il - employee on duty eric - morning, friday 10-21-2016

On Friday October 21, 2016. I went to Burger King located in Evanston, IL at approximately 7:50 am. I told the Cashier Eric that I wanted a cup of Oatmeal and a side sausage. I told Eric that I wanted fruit with the Oatmeal. He told me that they didn't carry fruit. I begin to tell Eric that the fruit can in a small plastic bag. I have purchased fruit there. Then Eric ask me how I wanted my sausage. I told him a sausage patty. I did not ask for a breakfast sandwich. His listening skills are very poor. When I begin to tell him how I wanted my order he did not like that. He then refuse to give me service and made a comment about my attitude. This was an insult to me. Not only does he have poor listening skills but his appearance is terrible. To look at this clothing no one would want him to wait on them. I work at Northwestern University in Evanston and have been coming to Burger King for a number of years and I would like to continue. But his service will have customer service skills will have customers to find another place to go.

Burger King pricing menu-unethical practice

I ordered a # 3 from the menu board which reflected a price of $7.49 for the whopper Bacon Cheese burger meal. While waiting on my meal, i noticed i was charged $9.69 for the item. When i asked the clerk about the obvious mistake, the clerk went to get the manager from the kitchen who explained the price depends on the size you order. I ordered the # 3 which had a price of $7.49 and no additional pricing information. i was not asked and did not order a "size" for the combo meal. I ordered the item and expected to pay the price on the menu board. Charging a customer over $2.00 more for an item is unethical. Also, having a customer ask for a size when the menu board clearly has the price for the item pictured is totally unethical.

Burger King stale food n old oily fish sandwich

I'm sorry I even signed off to have these people get paid $15 when they're service to the public is a disgrace. Burger King store #1898 at 1412 Myrtle Avenue is disgusting. Soda, bread n soggy lettuce. My bread wasn't toasted it was a rock after they toasted because it was old. My soda was flat. My fish sandwich was dark yellow because it was cooked in old oil. I went back to get another one n they gave me another old one. I got my money back. This is surreal. Pure disgust at they're service.

Burger King service

We had extremely slow service at Burger King #22473 Clifton Springs TP. The receipt was number 6490 with a store I.D.: 4NYBKG43. The cashier was pleasant and the order was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The quick service ended at the cash register. It appeared there wasn't any manager present at this time and that the food preparation staff wasn't properly trained. The fries were put into the oil after the sandwiches were already made and sitting around cooling down. One of the two people in the kitchen area was overly concerned about the female worker that loads the tray and delivers it to the customer. He seemed to think nit picking her actions was more important than taking care of business in the kitchen. Then we witnessed a worker from the neighboring restaurant ( he was wearing his uniform) walk through the kitchen and into the customer area to help himself to a fountain drink. One of my thoughts while watching this was this is a free for all. If this store was being managed by an effective manager I'm sure the employees would have behaved differently and the food would have actually been fast food.

Burger King horrible experience!!

Recently went to Burger King and purchased a burger there. I just wanted something to eat because I was extremely hungry. So I bought a burger and it had this strange taste. I thought it was a new sauce or something, but since I was super hungry I ate it. After that about two hours later I felt sick. My stomach was in pain. Burger King was the only place where I ate something that day. I had an important meeting that day and I had to leave in the middle of it because I felt terrible. Next day I went to Burger King restaurant and spoke with their manager. All I wanted was to tell them that there was something wrong with their food but they replied in a rudely manner. They said that my story was a complete lie and asked me to leave the place. Not only they sold me some spoiled food but they also treated me horribly!

Burger King poor quality and out of stock

Several times a year my family and I travel along the Ohio and Penn toll roads on our way to Maryland. It seems each time we always have to stop at a service center to eat. Unfortunately, we end up eating at the Burger King. On our most recent trip we stopped at the Tiffin River travel plaza store id 40hbkg16 for breakfast on July 25 9:20 am. Our order was missing many items, including sandwiches, drinks, and condiments. There was no regular coffee available and several staff members were dressed in street clothes with no hair coverings. Later the same day we had the misfortune of having to stop at Oakmont travel plaza at store id 4pbkg68 for lunch at 1:50 pm. At this location they were out of all salads, Sprite, and again were missing several pieces of out order. Having previous bad experience with these locations we never leave the site until we double check out orders. It is to bad that we spent over $100 on our trip at these locations and it is always a problem. Food is almost always poor quality and our orders are never right the first time. With the toll roads in place customers are really limited to dining options and hence we are stuck eating at these places.

Honeslty, what they wear is none of your business. You are not the uniform police. Second, a place that people make minimum wage and are expected to handle and prepare 300 pieces of food in an hour it stands to reaosn some things might go missing. This is not exclusive to BK. Taco Bell, Mickey D's, they all do it. If you think you can do better, apply for a job and go to work. Otherwise, accept that humans work there, and check your bag before you leave. Only a janitor gets less respect for working his butt off.

Burger King angriest whopper

on apr 22 2016 1:02 pm I order whopper and fries I got to my table and started to eat took bites and I notice rite away something was not right my sandwich taste like it had been siting out all day the meat and cheese was cold the onion straws that suppost to come with the sandwich were not on there and you were they had mash my whopper down while trying to wrap the sandwich up the reason I say this is because you could clearly see the in print of 4 fingers on top of the bun and they had no gloves on I went back up and spoke to the manager and show her the inprints of the 4 fingers on my bun she said I se that and they should not be preparing a sandwich like that I told her that she or somebody need to retrain that back line she just look at me I said to her that I work for burgerking 15yrs ago and we never made any sandwichs like that she did not offer me my money back but did ask me did I want another sandwich I told her no because I had to ge back to work this is not the first time I had a problem with this store iam done eating there any more and I also share this infor with my co workers and they also said that they hav had similar problems with them also and will never return to that store again..thank u

My name is Mike g I worked at burger king. In great falls mt nw location I occured 19 hours. And received 7 bucks on a gold card...wtf right?.manger tiffany. Adv would make it correct that was 3 weeks ago...as you can tell.I'm no longer work there as I don't except. 45Cents and hour to work there ...my next. Step is to push hard with labor board. Then picket if need be..

Burger King partial order received/drinks not marked/rude customer service

On 4/7/16 2:50 pm I went thru the drive thru to order 2 of the $4 specials. I ordered 2 different types of drinks (that were not marked) and did not receive one of the sandwiches. When I arrived at the window to pay, I ask the worker if he had marked the drinks (diet vs. non diet) and he replied "no". I said to him "really"? and with a very sarcastic tone he said "well...SORRY". This is my 3rd and last time at this store as these employees are very rude and uninviting to the public. When I went in prior to this occasion, the tables were very dirty and condiments were empty.
I usually try to be understanding because of a fast paced food chain trying to accommodate the public, but let's be real...everytime I pass this Burger King store the parking lot is not packed (as it should be). I have been a true fan on Burger King for a lot of years, but I will never return to this particular store.

Burger King false advertising

I saw an advertisement about new super delicious and huge hot dogs in Burger King and went there to try one. So I made my order and was extremely excited. When I received my hot dog is was a regular size dog and it was super small! When you go to their website you'll see some pictures with their new hot dogs and they claim they are huge, even bigger than the bun! Liars! I used to love Burger King, but these was obviously a scam!

Burger King disrespectful manager and bad service

I visit Burger King as a customer at the begining of January at 10:30 am and March 2, 2016 at 10:00 am. I witness the manager, a spanish lady; she was yelling at a lot of her employees like they are children. One lady was washing dishes in a fast speed, while other employees was placing 10 to 20 dirty dishes on the side of her to be washed. The female employee didn't yell back and was very respectful; however, the manager was all in her face yelling at her. This is very unprofessional and should not be seen by customers. I have worked at fastfood resturants, but I feel this is how all Burger Kings are and refuse to go back to another Burger King again. Not only the manager was disrespectful, but the speed of survice was very slow and my food was cold, caused me to throw my food away. I went across the street to McDonalds and my food was hot, fresh and very professional. I didn't request a refund for my purchase, because I was affraid the manager would yell at me for complainting about the horrible service.

The Burger King (fast food) off 7011 barker cypress rd cypress, tx 77043. Had a horrible service and a rude manager i came in the manager took my order and she didn't have what i was asking for and was getting mad and giving me an attitude about it this happened just now 8/6/16 time 12:00am. Burger King the service was horrible and the food was cold

I brought my family to burger king to get food on chelmsford st in lowell and had a bad visit... the first thing was my food was cold.. secondly I had to go inside because my sandwich was made wrong.. as im standing there an employee by the name of deandre rivera was being very rude... as he proceeded to leave the store I also was leaving and wen I went to get in my car he started to call me cuss words and threaten me for the way I was parked in the parking lot... as he is yelling at me he had my 8yr old scared and crying.. I will never go back there because I feel scared of that man.. I always go there but after tonite I wont... I brought this issue rite away to the manager who was on which was nancy but all she did was laugh and think it was funny.. bad manager and service

Burger King whopper hamburger

today 2/27/2016...
it was a good day, but not today all throughout. I hate you now... I'm not use to ordering burger king but the three times I went to burger king was pretty bad but the worst was today. it tasted like pee and caca. I will never go there again. it's not my guess that they do clean there ... it's just ugly and I will never go there again ... I like it never ... now I'm poisoned and my stomach is in pain...
this is not the worst, it's the absolute worst. thanks for nothing... every time I went there was the worst but today was the absolute worst. leave me alone and I will leave you alone forever! bye forever burger king.

it was a good day, but not today all throughout. I hate burger king now...I'm not used to ordering food from burger king but two times before and the third time today and today was the worst. It tasted like pee and caca.
I will never go there again and i will continue this complaint with all my relatives and friends and enemies.

Burger King unprofessional service and unorganized order follow thru

I put my order in drive thru and when I came to the window my order was not ready so the employee said pull forward to the side door and we will bring your order out to you. I waited 15 minutes and my order never came. I went inside the burger king to get my order and 3 people received the same item that I ordered. I asked for my money back and the cashier rushed and gave me my order and never apologized for anything and I asked for my money back not my order. This restaurant is very disorganized, slow, and rude. I will be posting this restaurant on other complaint sites. This is very unprofessional.

Burger King a scam stealing money from customers

Burger King on 80 road towards Iraq - on 3 occasions now I have purchased food and noticed they are charging an extra 50 fils. When I asked why, I was told sorry we dont have change. This time I paid with notes and coins a total of 2kd 250 fils. I then calculated my purchase which totaled 2kd 200 fils. I asked the cashier why he charged me more, again he told me sorry I dont have change. My response was that I had paid him with coins. I could see the shocked look on his face.
I explained this to the branch manager who apologised and said it wont happen again.
I am convinced this is a scam and possibly all the staff are involved. If they are taking 50fils from 50 customers a day adds up to 2kd 500fils a day. 70kd per month. Im sure they serve alot more than 50 customers a day.
