Burger King store 1296 patton asheville nc 28807

Dry buns, double cheeseburger was awful. Worst chicken sandwich I have ever had. Tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours. Room mate got the 2 for 1 whopper. That was awful too. Amber was a very nice server, but it took 15 minutes for our food. Would not recommend this Burger King to anyone ever. I demand that our money is refunded and more

You know this isn’t going to BK corporate, right? Did you complain while you were there? Did you eat the food? Did you call when you got home? This website is more of a buyer beware. I’m confused by the “and more” part. You want more than just your money back, yet it wasn’t a big enough issue to complain in person, and you were treated well by Amber. It sounds like you want something for free. By all means it seems like you may be deserving of a refund just as a courtesy for the wait. If you chose not to complain, and waited to voice your frustrations on a 3rd party website in an attempt to get more than you might deserve then you deserve nothing. If you ate the food it must not have been too bad. I’m just confused as to why you brought your frustrations here when you had an opportunity to say something at BK.

Burger King unsanitary food handling/customer service

I ordered an ice cream sundae and a milkshake. The employee making the sundae got chocolate on her fingers and licked them. I notified an second employee who was by the drive through window where I was waiting and she went over to the other employee handling the ice cream and said something. The "finger licker" said loudly "Yeah, but I didn't touch her food or nothing." She wiped her hands on what looked to be a cleaning rag, didn't wash them and after a couple minutes came over and handed me my 2 items and said "here's your Ice cream, all new and clean" in a snide voice. I decided to just take the items and go at that point. her back was to me when she made the new ice cream so I don't know if she actually even made a new one. When I pulled up to the drive thru she was picking something up off of the floor, a food item that had dropped, sweeping it up. I have worked in the food industry and I know that hand washing is essential especially when switching jobs: clean-up, money-handling, food-prep. Gloves are helpful for those in the position of multitasking. Never ever is it ok to put your hands in your mouth. My son is chronically ill and autistic. He has many appointments and we usually end up carrying him out of the hospital screaming, even for check-ups. He's 7 and just had enough doctors for his little lifetime. That particular day, We had just returned from Yale Children's Hospital in New Haven where he met a new surgeon as he is having a double procedure in less than 2 weeks, one of them being liver surgery. He was so well- behaved we were getting ice cream to celebrate. He doesn't do well in crowds which is why I chose the drive thru. We live nearby and were going to go home and celebrate his good behavior. If I had caused more of a scene or demanded another employee, he would have been confused and his celebration would have been hampered. He rarely eats sweets as he has metabolic issues and difficulty regulating his glucose levels. My biggest concern is that he also has an immune deficiency and receives a plasma infusion every 2 weeks to give him the antibodies his body can't make or sustain. If he licked his fingers while eating after holding a cup with someone's saliva on it, he's exposed to a slew of germs. He's 7 and most likely going to put his hands in his mouth while eating. He also has cerebral palsy so he's not a "graceful" eater. I just wanted to share my story with you because we generally have a positive experience there. The man who usually runs the drive thru is always cheerful and keeps the line moving(he is an exceptional employee!). The other employees have always been pleasant and we've never had an issue before. This experience was very unpleasant and discouraging as BK is a special treat for my son on doctor days.

Burger King gorham nh burger king closing hours early

The Burger King in gorham nh is closing the dine in area three to four hours early almost every day and only keeping the drive through open. Come 7p.m they close and lock the doors so you can't eat inside and can only use the drive through. The drive through will have a big line so it's still busy but no one can eat in they also will forget things in the order so if you don't check your order before you go then you have to go to the way back of the line and wait all over because they have cars lined up in the drive through and dine in closed. This happens almost every night they close hours early for eating in.

Burger King the server and food

Our coffee was cold, the hash browns were so greasy and gross, the croissants looked like someone ran them over flat. Horrible. The lady at the drive through had our bag hanging out of window while we driving up, never said anything to us. Dropped my change on the ground because she wasn't paying attention. There we're no napkins in bag to even wipe the nasty grease off. I've never seen this much un -professionalism at this place. And wants said it's by the hospital, I was treating my daughter to breakfast after her baby appointment, she's due any day now. So we ended up going to IHOP . And the best part no receipt

Burger King drive thru and customer service

Ordered food via drive thru at #2087 at 2626 south monroe street in tallahassee, fl. Had a coupon for "whopper meal for two"... What a mistake. At the window I was instructed to pull up a little bit... And shortly someone will bring out the order. Well, after five minutes... Parked the car in a parking spot. Went to the counter and showed my receipt..."so you are waiting on your order"... Yes I am... Again waiting... Noticed the beverage center was a mess... Cups and lids all over that area. Then noticed the kitchen/cooking area... Gross! Food on the floor... Filthy. Finally, the counter employee slammed the food bags on the counter... It's ready. Food was cold... I hope the microwave killed some germs! Oh, by the way... No customers at the counter... Not busy.

I was in the lobby and witnessed a seem to be manager attack a pregnant girl in the lobby This is not a way to come to a restaurant the pregnant girl and the other person with the black shirt were arguing the pregnant girl seem like she was trying to leave and the manager came from behind the counter and proceed towards the pregnant girl so she went in defense mode

Burger King service complaint/ stolen money

Hello my name is Brandie Brown and I just went to your Burger King Store 06/7/18 @ 1045pm in Baltimore Maryland, on Washington BLVD and I was treated poorly in the drive through by the Cashier, I asked her to give me a second and she said under her breath oh she wants a second wow. Then I proceeded to the window and as I have her my money she never gave me change and I have her a 20$ Bill and I had a whopper meal oinion rings add bacon no tomato no pickle, and it was a medium it came to 9$ and some change but she never gave me my change from the 20$ and closed her drawer and go smart about onion ring sauce in the bag. I called the store a number of 9 times and no one answered as I tried to obtain my change. She never gave me a receipt either. What can be done about my Money because they are not answering or responding.

Burger King hairy fries, slippery nasty floor, cold food - never going back!!

I am very disappointed in the Minnesota 85th street BK in SIoux Falls SD. My son fell twice as the floors were so greasy (supposedly just mopped- maybe mopped in grease) as it was not water wet just greasy and slippery. I saw workers with gloves touching everything hair, dirty counters and then food, I informed manager. Food was cold- no warmth to it at all- nasty. My daughter found two hair in her french fries. Called the manager - she said they lost some workers and are working to train others, It they can not provide adequate service- should close down until able to run properly- never going back- just nasty.

Burger King the staff and management

My wife and myself stopped at Burger King in palm coast Florida at 9:30 p.m. 6/7/18 on State road 100 and were told that they didn't have any chicken sandwiches at all and that all they had was 30 nuggets. After I asked the lady was she serious she laughed and said that we are about to close. I said at 9:30, I thought you guys were 24 hours. This is not the first time that this has happened and it's ridiculous. After a certain hours they only take cash and are so rude about that. Someone seriously needs to check into this store. Burger King incorrect order for second time in a month

I went to Burger King store #5056 on 05/14/18 and 06/07/18 and ordered the whopper with cheese meal both times and both times received no cheese, however, I was charged for cheese and it even said whopper with cheese on the wrapper. I know it may sound ridiculous but I think a burger without cheese taste like garbage. I went through the drive-thru both times and went back to work only to find no cheese, which of coarse I couldn't go back and have the order fixed because my lunch was over.

Burger King wrong order!!

I stopped in at burger king because I haven't had it in so long since they shut the 1 we had in town down, and the absolute only thing on my entire order of 2 sandwiches n a fry with a shake that was right was the milkshake! Everything else was wrong and I mean even down to the size of the fry. Completely disappointed I can't eat my meal since I'm allergic to onions and everything was covered in them I will not be returning to this location ever again possibly any others!

Burger King Mybkexperience survey

Always have trouble w/the survey as they never accept it. It is either too soon or too late. I try after two weeks & it does not work — now tried a couple of weeks later & it still is not accepted. Very erratic with their rules & almost never am able to succeed.
Becasue of this I go to McDonald's more although I really enjoy your burgers better.
What am I doing wrong?

To whom it may concern ; I am not one to complain but enough is enough I do frequent the burger king, in my area because, I do like the food, but after visiting, numerus ones and placing an order and trusting that I have all that I paid for and that my order is right, and we all make mistakes so I have just been over looking things, but this morning was the straw that broke the camels back, I had two coupons she, said, go ahead with your order so i, did she, asked me if there was any thing else, I said yes, may i, have orange juice, instead of coffee, she, proceeded to inform me that there could be no substitute my response was ok, that fine I am willing to pay for the orange juice it was an unnecessary back and fort about it came with coffee, and not orange juice, so i, just made it ease on her, and just went with the coffee, i, felt my (ptsd) riseing so I had to get away from their, when I pulled up to the window, she had an bad, morning attitude, so I beard, through that only to get home to fine my, croissan"wich to appear as if they had been rolled over by a steamroller, and hash brown literally individually smashed and dumped into the bag, witch made me not want to eat them, my flesh, said go back and confront them, the holly spirit, says remember me, all to say I was not happy with service I did not received this morning, at the burger king #93 9211 north florida avenue tampa, fl 33612 8:53 am 06/01/2022 just as a paying customer I fill I should get some bk respect through the workers.

My wife and I had lunch at Burger King #[protected] Juan (Manager) on duty, at about 2 P.M. today and my wife order a $5.00 Whopper Combo, I was craving a Fish Sandwich. I did notice the advertisement where you can order a 2-$6.00 Mix and Match deal, which included the Fish Sandwich. When I noticed the advertisement it said "Big Fish" I decided to order only one, thinking it was going to be a Big Fish Sandwich. Had I known it was a small sandwich I would've ordered the 2 for $6.00. I was not going to complain, but it was the principal that the clerk could have mention it that if I ordered the 2-for $6.00 I would've taking it into consideration. I placed the order for 1-Big Fish Sandwich it cost me $5.99 plus $1.00 tax. $3.00 would've been about a reasonable price for, but instead it cost me $7.00 for the small sandwich. (Order#50) I tried to explain it to the Manager, but he gave me the impression he was not listening or ignoring me. I am not asking for anything Free, I just needed to point out that Customer Service and pricing should be reevaluated. Ernie Cardona [protected]

Burger King I received old food in my order

I ordered a twix pie on 6/05/18 at the BK franchise at 744 W Colonial Dr Olrando, Fl 32805 and it was covered in mold. I am currently pregnant so you can imagine how upset I was to see that. Customer Service is usually horrible there so I decided to go straight to the top so this can be seen. Somebody really needs to look into this because there should be no reason why something that is being sold out of your restauraunt be covered in mold.

I bought a meal from chartwell burger king Hamilton and have enjoyed the 1st burger 2nd one ate half then felt something hard swallowed what i had in my mouth and my two front teeth have been chipped from a burger Nd have had no reply from them still waiting and they wanted me to bring the hard piece in i can't due to swallowing pliz left with​ a big chipped in my gum behind my two front bottom teeth it is a big deal bitting into a burger and your teeth just shattere from a meat Pattie .Krystal holtz

Burger King burger king facility and food located at 301s. beeline hwy, payson, az

The date June 4, 2018, time 11:45 am, location Burger King, 301 S. beeline Hwy, Payson, AZ 85541.

I was visiting the town of Payson with an associate who was in possession of several coupons for Burger King and decided to have lunch at the above referenced Burger King.

Upon arrival I noted the exterior of the Burger King building was very dirty and in need of a fresh coat of paint. Normally I would not patronize such a facility but was hungry and chose to overlook its exterior appearance. This would ultimately prove to be a very bad decision.

As I entered the facility I noted the floor was dirty and all the employees were unkempt, wearing dirty clothes and all were very much need of a bath. Extremely dirty traffic control cones were sitting in an unappealing, dimly lit kitchen area. Not an appetizing scene.

We were informed that the grill was down and accordingly no hamburgers would be available and the only food would be that from the deep fryers. We should have left but chose to stay and both ordered the chicken sandwich, paid for our meal, were given a number and we took our seat in the very dirty and unappetizing dining area. Shortly our number was called, and we picked up our sandwiches.
As I unwrapped the sandwich I observed brown wilted lettuce, bread with an excessive amount of a white dressing and chicken which appeared greasy and burned. I took one bite of the sandwich and found it to be as repulsive in taste as it was in appearance. I put the sandwich down as it was so disgusting I could not eat it.

My associate who had gone to get napkins returned to the table, took one look at my sandwich, threw his away and at that point we both decided to leave.

I informed the person who had taken our order that the food was so disgusting we could not eat any of the meal. He looked up, said sorry and with that we left.

I could go on about how dirty and disgusting this Burger King facility really was but after visiting the Corporate Burger King complaint page I can see my efforts would be futile. Burger King has lost control of its' operations. I am sorry to see Burger King fall to such levels.

I called Burger King's Corporate Office and lodged a complaint which was dutifully taken. I really don't believe anyone will ever see the complaint or any action will ever be taken but I felt this situation had to be reported.

I am seventy-six years old (76) am all my prior experience with Burger King have always been pleasant however I will not ever again return nor recommend a Burger King to anyone.

Burger King burger/bun

As I was eating my bacon cheeseburger I looked down to see a foreign object baked into the bun that I had almost eaten. It was blue and plastic-like substance kind of looks like a string or dental floss. I stopped in 458 Smithfield Ave. Providence Rhode Island to get lunch on my way to my next job site and when I stopped at the job site I began eating and found this. I could not continue eating this and realize it's a supplier of your company that did this and these employees here missed it.

Burger King food cold, disgusting, rude employees. got order wrong 3 times. made me pull off to the parking lot

I ordered 1 value fry, 1 medium fry, a cheeseburger from the dollar menu, a double cheese burger, a spicy chicken Jr from the dollar menu, and a 10 chicken nugget. The drive thru cashier, didn't read my order back to or give me the total before pulling up to the window. Just took my order and was silent. I had to ask if she was done taking my order. When I pull up to the window, she repeats the order and it was wrong. So I repeat my order and then she tells me to pull into the parking lot to wait for my food, when we were the only ones in the drive thru no cars in front or behind us. So we wait. And then the lady that brings us out our food was really rude and did not look like she wanted to be at work. So then we check our order and it was wrong again! I go in to tell them that they had forgotten the cheeseburger, and I show them the receipt, which was impossible to read, and they said they didn't charge me for it, when they did, and refused to remake the missing food item. So i left and the remaining burgers were ice cold. And I would like a refund for 9.82. That was charged or a replacement meal of equal value. Because there is no excuse for that kind of service.

Burger King whitman, ma burger king/chicken nuggets

I went to the Whitman, Massachusetts Burger King today for lunch. I ordered a whopper and was immediately told that this location was only serving chicken products. I then ordered a chicken nugget meal instead. The first chicken nugget I bit into almost broke my tooth. There was a large piece of cartledge or bone in the nugget. This ruined my lunch and I did not eat the rest of my meal. I had to return to work and did not have the time to return and show someone working at this location. I do have a picture and wish there was a way I was able to upload an image on this form. I will not be returning there again! Absolutely disgusting!

Burger King service/availability of product

Stopped at the Burger King on the Ohio Turnpike eastbound on June 3 at the Commodore Perry Travel Plaza at 10a.m. Ordered a Whopper. Sign states they are served beginning at 8.a.m. (see photo). Was told they are not available until 10:30.
Manager said the sign was incorrect.

Why have it on the sign.
I left without getting anything as did several other customers.
