just visited the drive-through in your store #14498 in las vegas and placed order #16.
did not get my large onion rings order. the servers got the order so fast it was just a few seconds till I got it... no wonder they make mistakes!!!
called the shop when I got home and found out the order is incomplete, but all they said was they'll keep my name for next time to get an order of rings...
does that sounds like a reasonable compensation for their mistake? how does that help me at all? I'm very unhappy with that store and live 2 miles from it and go there quite often.
