Burger King all of the food i've ordered!

I have been there several times this month. The burgers I got every time we're just thrown together. They looked absolutely disgusting. The cheese was hanging halfway off of one and the ketchup and mustard was in the center of the bun not spread around and there was very little. On the other burger I ordered no ketchup and add mayo, there was so much mayo it literally covered the wrapping and just covered the entire burger on the top of the bun. I wish I would have taken a picture to show. On top of all that I went back and ordered a whopper, it didnt look to bad but it tasted a little funny. I was hungry so i finished it probably not even 15 mins later after eating the burger I threw up and was sick for the rest of the afternoon. So i decided to give this place one last chance. I went today and ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets because I was tired of the crappy burgers the chicken nuggets were even worse! I'm pretty sure they gave me old chicken nuggets. They were cold and when I tasted them that had an awful taste and I threw them away. I won't be back to Burger King again not for a while until I get enough courage to try again. Hopefully burger king's corporation will handle this matter. Possibly send someone through the drive thru and see for yourself how disgusting this place has become.

Burger King $0.79 sausage biscuits

I get breakfast almost every morning and I have officially stopped getting the $0.79 sausage biscuits as of today because more than half the time the biscuits are old and hard I do not have time to get out of my car and go inside and complain every time this happens because I have to get to work you can tell that they've been made in bulk and left it sit there which I think is completely unacceptable very disappointed

Burger King I am complaining about product and services

me and my went to burger king #11437 on 6-9-18 at5:02 p.m . my wife order a bacon king and it wasn't done right when the sandwich out the second time it was the wrong sandwich. staff said they would make a new sandwich we waited over 30 mins for my wife sandwich and it was not made at all. we asked for our money back and the staff wanted to argue with us.

Burger King being verbally abused when they gave me the wrong order

2 days in a row i came to the burger king on delware ave in south Philadelphia 8 asked for no mayo, today explaining t9 the casgier i am deathly allergic to eggs please please please please please do not put mayo on my sandwiches. Get my car go to bite the sandwich and there's Mayo on it. When I go back in the store they holler at me and cursing me telling me there's no mayo on it I opened the sandwich in front of them they told me why can't I scrape it off. This happened at 6:50 p.m. as I'm walking out I hear one Jen would say next time I'll spit on his sandwiches

Burger King service

My mother in law when to the Burger King drive thru located in Donna Texas. Once home, we realized we were not given drinks or fries. We drove back and complained and asked for fresh burgers and the lady gave us a face. We watched her take the old burgers out of the bag place in a new bag with fries and hand to another customer in the drive thru! We hands us the drinks to fill ourselves even though we went through the drive thru and once our meal was ready she tells us here are your "fresh burgers". Not a single thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience was given!

Burger King the cleanliness of the restaurant

The cleanliness of the restaurant I went to Burger King in Hudson I believe it's on I don't know the exact address but it's across from Market Basket in Hudson New Hampshire so as I go when I noticed there's only three people in the restaurant and it is completely disgusting food everywhere all over the floor behind the counter bags the fryer area is completely coated with Greece and salts is just completely disgusting the tables 10 of the tables in the dining area have never been washed salt all over them It just was not up cat I asked her why it was like that and she said that she was understaffed I advise well if you were understaffed maybe you need to get somebody in here to keep it staff to keep it up to code because it's just completely disgusting I took a video and some pictures to show you I am a palled and I don't think I'll ever be attending a Burger King again

Burger King breakfast at burger king was just awful

incident: I went thru drive-thru at Kingstowne VA Burger King on Kingstowne Road.
I was crystal clear telling the attendent I wanted the 2 for 4 Mix or Match with one croissant with bacon and one biscuit with sausage. He obiously was not listening and repeated the order back to me, all wrong, so I repeated to him again.
I was given both breakfast sandwiches with bacon, not one with sausage, and both were stone cold, obviously made earlier in the morning. Nothing was heated or melted or even a little bit warm.
Burger King should be ashamed to serve this to a customer.
I drove back again thru the drive thru and told the manager. To my surprise the manager did NOT offer to replace it or give me any consideration for their mistakes. I was extremely polite and did not raise my voice. But nothing was offered to me to make up for my inconvenience.

Burger King no service during work hours. employees ignored me and my family.

I stopped at the Burger King on 3 Weston Road tonight at 11:10 pm to order a frozen coke for my daughter. I waited in the drive thru for a few minutes. Nobody said anything. I said hello a few times and nothing. I then drove to the pickup window and saw they closed at midnight so knew I had time yet. I saw one guy kneeling down behind the counter doing something and another guy walk by the window twice with a headset on. No one stopped and acknowledged me. I said hello a few times and then tapped my horn to get their attention. Still nothing. This was very frustrating to watch. My wife witnessed this with me and my daughter who is 17 was in the back seat. This location customer service is getting worse and worse over time. This is close to my house so I frequent it often but will start to visit other locations as this is not the first time I had issues here. Call me if you want more. [protected].

Burger King wait time and customer service

On June 9, 2018 I l ordered food from location 4782 Raeford Road. My complaint is regarding the wait at that particular location when I ordered a vanilla shake and 4 Dollar Deal. The cashier at the drive through window, first prepared a different flavored shake than I requested in my initial order at the drive through display order board, when I corrected her, the manager then started fixing the vanilla shake and asked if I wanted any whip cream, I then replied no. The shake was fixed and then the bag handed to me through the drive through window. I waited at the close window and had to get the cashiers attention to get Ketchup and was given some through the Drive through window and the window was closed once again. I drove from the drive through window and noticed that the cashier had not yet given me my vanilla shake. So I backed up and went through the Drive through again and had a 2 car wait to get the vanilla shake that was still sitting at the shake machine. The cashier handed me the shake and asked are you good and I replied yes and drove away. I am writing this because I feel I could of been provided greater customer service.

Burger King food

I don't like to complain however this Burger King in Texarkana, TX on hwy 59 deserves a complaint. Today me and my wife ordered lunch today our sandwiches just seemed like they had been thru an assembly line mayo and vegetables were put on the wrong side of the bread our fries were half full you spend 17$ you expect better than that, I'm very disappointed! I haven't called the store because I don't want to be responsible for getting a kid fired.

Burger King not given drink

I was told to wait on the side of the building for my order to be made "fresh". When my order was finally brought to me I notified her that I still had not received my drink. She went inside and never came back. This is not the first incident the last time I came I waited on the side of the building again and they never brought me my order so I went inside only to be told that the burner was down. I should have been told than to begin with instead of waisting my time waiting 15 minuets for nothing.

Burger King bacon swiss sourdough king

I had ordered a Bacon Swiss SOURDOUGH King and I did not get what I asked for . I looked In my bag and it was not the sandwich I ordered. It was a Sourdough King Sandwhich with a spicy sauce. I chose the Bacon Swiss SOURDOUGH King for the double meat and Swiss cheese and I got a 1 patty sandwich, yellow cheese and a spicy sauce that was spread on the bread. I don't lile spicy so I couldn't even eat it. I order a Large Fries as well and got 1 small fries and half full medium fries. I'm very disappointed in this location.

Burger King food

I love eating at burger king but the past 4 times i've been there I have found a hair in my food each time I will not be eating there anymore or at any burger king. How is it that everytime I go there is always a hair in my food I payed to eat it not to
Be disgusted and throw it away. That was my last time eating at any burger king I understand finding a hair atleast one time but finding one 4 times in a row is just disgusting thank you burger king for selling me hairy food.

Burger King advertising items they don't have

Went to the Burger King on Eastern BLVD in Fayetteville NC, just to get a frozen lemonade as they were advertising on there window to be told they didn't have them. I ask the cashier why and he just shrugged his shoulders, so I ask if the machine was torn up and he shook his head yes. Cancelled the rest of my order and left. Lost two orders today! Why advertise if you're not going to have it!?

Burger King service

I feel so wronged and disapointed. Ive been waiting and begging to go to burger king for two weeks just to get crappy service. Me and my family went to burger king for breakfest around 10:19 we had three of the 2 creasants, hashbrowns and a drink for 4 dollars. We ordered 2 egg, cheese, baccon 2 egg cheese and sausage and 2 egg and cheese with sausage on the side since im a vegetarian. We had to pull around to the side. And waited a few minutes which i dont get since they wernt busy. They gave us 1 bacon egg and cheese and the rest sausage and 2 didnt have cheese on it so we turned around and we get there no more than 5 minutes after breakfest ended. I went in to correct the error and explained the situation to the mánager and she said she can only give us a refund i wanted to refused because ive been waiting forever to come but said yes i understand ill just come towmarrow and try again ive always been a loyal customer coming when i her extra money. She gave me 7 dollars with the receipe right in from of her that says i payed 15.02. Saying thats for the creasants im like what exuse me and she refused to give me the rest of my money and claimed that i didnt say i want my order like that its on the recipe and you didnt take my order i passed her the hashbrowns and she still put a fuss giving me 11 dollars 11 like yall are so wrong it isnt even our fault like its yours and she says give me your drinks my drinks so go to the car get them and give it to her and she slides them all in a bin like i had my taste buds put there do you know how disharting that was i walked out of there with 2 five dollar bills 4 ones three quators one dime one nikel and 12 pennies dissapointed mad and regret that i didnt get that ladys name you should never treat a customer like that. I didnt get out ir there till a little after eleven. By the way to the burger king in aberdeen north carolina.

Burger King store 1296 patton asheville nc 28807

Dry buns, double cheeseburger was awful. Worst chicken sandwich I have ever had. Tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours. Room mate got the 2 for 1 whopper. That was awful too. Amber was a very nice server, but it took 15 minutes for our food. Would not recommend this Burger King to anyone ever. I demand that our money is refunded and more

You know this isn’t going to BK corporate, right? Did you complain while you were there? Did you eat the food? Did you call when you got home? This website is more of a buyer beware. I’m confused by the “and more” part. You want more than just your money back, yet it wasn’t a big enough issue to complain in person, and you were treated well by Amber. It sounds like you want something for free. By all means it seems like you may be deserving of a refund just as a courtesy for the wait. If you chose not to complain, and waited to voice your frustrations on a 3rd party website in an attempt to get more than you might deserve then you deserve nothing. If you ate the food it must not have been too bad. I’m just confused as to why you brought your frustrations here when you had an opportunity to say something at BK.

Burger King unsanitary food handling/customer service

I ordered an ice cream sundae and a milkshake. The employee making the sundae got chocolate on her fingers and licked them. I notified an second employee who was by the drive through window where I was waiting and she went over to the other employee handling the ice cream and said something. The "finger licker" said loudly "Yeah, but I didn't touch her food or nothing." She wiped her hands on what looked to be a cleaning rag, didn't wash them and after a couple minutes came over and handed me my 2 items and said "here's your Ice cream, all new and clean" in a snide voice. I decided to just take the items and go at that point. her back was to me when she made the new ice cream so I don't know if she actually even made a new one. When I pulled up to the drive thru she was picking something up off of the floor, a food item that had dropped, sweeping it up. I have worked in the food industry and I know that hand washing is essential especially when switching jobs: clean-up, money-handling, food-prep. Gloves are helpful for those in the position of multitasking. Never ever is it ok to put your hands in your mouth. My son is chronically ill and autistic. He has many appointments and we usually end up carrying him out of the hospital screaming, even for check-ups. He's 7 and just had enough doctors for his little lifetime. That particular day, We had just returned from Yale Children's Hospital in New Haven where he met a new surgeon as he is having a double procedure in less than 2 weeks, one of them being liver surgery. He was so well- behaved we were getting ice cream to celebrate. He doesn't do well in crowds which is why I chose the drive thru. We live nearby and were going to go home and celebrate his good behavior. If I had caused more of a scene or demanded another employee, he would have been confused and his celebration would have been hampered. He rarely eats sweets as he has metabolic issues and difficulty regulating his glucose levels. My biggest concern is that he also has an immune deficiency and receives a plasma infusion every 2 weeks to give him the antibodies his body can't make or sustain. If he licked his fingers while eating after holding a cup with someone's saliva on it, he's exposed to a slew of germs. He's 7 and most likely going to put his hands in his mouth while eating. He also has cerebral palsy so he's not a "graceful" eater. I just wanted to share my story with you because we generally have a positive experience there. The man who usually runs the drive thru is always cheerful and keeps the line moving(he is an exceptional employee!). The other employees have always been pleasant and we've never had an issue before. This experience was very unpleasant and discouraging as BK is a special treat for my son on doctor days.

Burger King gorham nh burger king closing hours early

The Burger King in gorham nh is closing the dine in area three to four hours early almost every day and only keeping the drive through open. Come 7p.m they close and lock the doors so you can't eat inside and can only use the drive through. The drive through will have a big line so it's still busy but no one can eat in they also will forget things in the order so if you don't check your order before you go then you have to go to the way back of the line and wait all over because they have cars lined up in the drive through and dine in closed. This happens almost every night they close hours early for eating in.

Burger King the server and food

Our coffee was cold, the hash browns were so greasy and gross, the croissants looked like someone ran them over flat. Horrible. The lady at the drive through had our bag hanging out of window while we driving up, never said anything to us. Dropped my change on the ground because she wasn't paying attention. There we're no napkins in bag to even wipe the nasty grease off. I've never seen this much un -professionalism at this place. And wants said it's by the hospital, I was treating my daughter to breakfast after her baby appointment, she's due any day now. So we ended up going to IHOP . And the best part no receipt

Burger King drive thru and customer service

Ordered food via drive thru at #2087 at 2626 south monroe street in tallahassee, fl. Had a coupon for "whopper meal for two"... What a mistake. At the window I was instructed to pull up a little bit... And shortly someone will bring out the order. Well, after five minutes... Parked the car in a parking spot. Went to the counter and showed my receipt..."so you are waiting on your order"... Yes I am... Again waiting... Noticed the beverage center was a mess... Cups and lids all over that area. Then noticed the kitchen/cooking area... Gross! Food on the floor... Filthy. Finally, the counter employee slammed the food bags on the counter... It's ready. Food was cold... I hope the microwave killed some germs! Oh, by the way... No customers at the counter... Not busy.
