customer service /installation
Were to start... Do you have a week? (LOL)
We understood every company will have negative remarks, since you can't please everyone. We purchased a Midline pool from Blue World Pool (06/02/18) anyway.
We were advise at that time, since we were paying cash and did not have wait on finance they could have the pool installed within 30 days. Well, we did our part!
I had DIGIT come confirm there were no underground power lines, gas lines, had general contractor here 2 of the 4 appointments in case my current deck needed modified and I have cancelled the water truck 3 times... (crap I need to that now... so now it is 4 times)
1st appointment on Sunday
2nd appointment on a Tuesday
3rd appointment was Friday
4th appointment was today - Saturday
Keep in mind, I have to pay the vendor weather or not they did any work...Including that fact that I have now burned 2 days of vacation so someone was home when the installers came!
We've have spoken to everyone (or at least it seems that way) inside the main office and have requested for Sean Warren (as mentioned below) to contact us direct. Well don't bother since we have not received a call from Sean. Excuse after excuse we wonder is there a really a Sean Warren...
The installer was to be here Friday and called they were delayed and would be here today (Saturday) and again they called, gave a lame excuse again and won't be here till 5-6 PM this evening... Again excuse after excuse.
At this time there are 2 things I can say Blue World Pool did as said:
1.) After the 1st incident they offered a free ION- (does me no good without the pool!) but it did come in the mail
2.) ? (I'm sure you get the point)
Since, calling and trying to work things out with the main office has availed a solution and since the website doesn't provide a compliant department, I thought I would give this web page a try... Not that I am holding my breath that they will rectify the bad service!
Believe me this is the short version... I would beware! if you choose Blue World Pool I would make sure you get an installation date, and added a clause that if anything goes wrong they are responsible to compensate you! Cause it will happen!
don't do it...
Crappy company. They rip off customers with there shady sales techniques. Do your research. There aluminum pool walls suck. Buy local. Do your research. Karma is a [censored]. Oh by the way. I am not a customer. I am owner and installer of a pool business and have heard all the stories about these clowns. I have seen the poor quality product they sell st 5x the cost of what it should be.
above ground pool sales
Our sales rep was very pleasant, explained to us at the end of his presentation, that all Blue World had to offer was a pool for 27, 000.00 our budget was 4, 000.00 tops! He managed to work the numbers down to 9, 500.00. And told us that the 399.00 econo pool after shipping would cost another 300 plus, insulation extra. Buyer be ware, this company is a bait and switch and unless you intend to spend or finance thousands, for an above ground pool, I would deal with a local pool supplier. And, my biggest complaint, this company wanted me to prove I was a homeowner, they asked me my birth date. Stupid me gave it, when Experian notified me of a new HARD inquiery on my credit report! Their sales dept was able to get into my credit report! Withought my knowledge, or permission! Now I have to contact Experian and DISPUTE! Wow we're we upset. So folks, BE WARE
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your experience with this company. I was offered a sales job and would have accepted it and traveled to another city tomorrow for training if I didn't do this kind of research first! I've read nightmare stories from reps and wanted to find out how clients are treated...running credit reports without permission is a huge violation of your privacy and I sure don't want my good reputation ruined by a company whose ethics aren't above reproach.
pool
We was so happy when we first got the pool and the first summer everything was great, we followed all instructions. My husband was not happy with the setting of the pool but we was not unhappy at that point. This last summer we was unable to use the pool for most part because it seemed to have a hole in the liner already after 1 summer. We do not have small children or a lot of children, the pool was really put in the yard for me as a gift from my husband since I love swimming. We contacted blue world pool and got brushed of and was told there is 0 warranty its our problem. Nobody would come out, nobody will fix it. We was advised to buy a new liner and install yourself. Not exceptable we purchase the so called top of the line pool for over $20 000. And after 1 summer we are to replace the liner that is supposed to have years and years of life in it? The sales guy was surely slick because none of this was mentioned ever, he said any problems ever we got you. So far all I had was a hard time unfriendly people on the phone and a pool I don't even want to look at anymore. And yes I refuse to pay until I get my pool fixed, and yes I get daily calls now (I got 0 call backs when I asked for help since last june) and they are less then friendly to say the least. I am supposed to pay over $20 000 for a pool I can not even use? I am getting me some legal help and see what my options are because as it stands, a pool with a hole and harassing phone calls are not an option.
Same here one summer and the Pool has a whole ... . we stopped payment and received rude threatening phone calls. I would never buy from them again.
had the same experience, bought the "display" pool and got one summer of very gentle use ... drew the water down to winterize. mid winter I find the back yard full of ICE!
new pool and already have a hole in the liner.
no return calls from them.
purchase price and being threatened
The salesman would not stop haggling me, changing prices to be more affordable, would not take no for an answer. So, I gave in and he said it would cost around 5 thousand for everything. There was one stipulation, I would have to put my house deed on the loan, he assured me it was only to protect me from having payments if I sold my house. I have now paid over 13, 000. And they won't stop harassing me for more money. I put a stop payment on my bank account and now I'll proceed further with my attorney, so hopefully it will end.
Started in June with the usual 3 weeks till installation spiel, working on week 5 now. Seems like everyone that looks at the paperwork needs " 5 "working days. to complete their part of the deal. Then they have to mail it all around, no fax or email with this dinosaur company. Took them 10 days to process the original down payment check. Now we are at the supposed installers section where it is to be in the hands of my local installer by tomorrow. I have had to call every couple of days to get this thing moved along. This was to be a hurry job as it is listed to be a show pool. I intend to give them all the courtesy they have me in showing my pool. I guarantee I will let any prospective buyer know all the problems they have given us on the installation of this 27' classic pool. I have as of yet been unable to get the specs on the pool itself nor the special filter system they claim to have on it. If it is ever installed I will update this and see if it lives up to the hype.
Has anyone ever been able to get out of this mess? I fell for all of it. What a disappointment. I would be happy to get it out of my yard and off my mind financially
above ground pool
I am writing this compliant because I have also been scammed by this company. I bought a pool 3 years ago under the impression that I was going into a loan for 5 years and a couple weeks ago I found out that I was under a 11 year loan and paying a 100 percent profit on the loan. For example, a pool that cost $25, 000 ends up costing $50, 000. Their representatives will tell you anything to get you to upgrade your pool. Please listen stay away because they will have a lien against your property for over 11 years. I am pursuing a class action lawsuit against this company for their bad practices and malicious financial hardships against the public. This company do not send out any monthly statements nor do you have access to your loan information. This one of the ways they conceal their bad practices. Again please stay away.
I recorded every phone call with them so I do have everything they say recorded online I did get with them as well But I haven't checks anything else to see how much I have to pay left it's been almost a year and I brought my pool $8000
blue world pool
I really enjoy my Blue World Pool, as it is great fun for my family on hot North Carolina days. Our pool was constructed in just the perfect location of our yard and the pool is well constructed and easy to access. Our pool is just the right size for us to use during our family reunion. Thank you Blue World Pools! Purchasing a Blue World Pool is one of the best decisions we made. The salesman was prompt, informative, and gave us various choices to fit our home. The installation crew was awesome! Take it from our family, you will have a grand ole time with guest and family during backyard bbq's or you can just chill out with your hubby or wife for some rest and relaxation. Either way, Blue World Pools can turn your backyard in to a paradise! Give them a call and watch how easy it is to understand the whole pool installation process. Once your pool has been installed it is no fuss in the maintenance of the pool upkeep and whenever we have questions about the pool the customer service is always there to answer any questions we may have about parts or accessories or even product costs with regards to keeping pool clean or safe for swimming. When the sales person does his/her consultation with you, they go over everything thoroughly to assure that they are offering you just what you are looking for in a pool. They even bring photo albums of the types of pools they have available as well as samples of the materials which will be used in whichever particular pool you seek to install. You just cannot beat it in well constructed and affordable pools. You don't have to come out to they for consultation, they come out to your home and sit and go over everything with you and your family involved. Blue World Pools wants the whole family to get in on the pool selection process so that everyone is happy with their choice of pool. Blue World Pool's goal is to make the whole family happy as their valued customers. That's how we felt...Again, thanks for everything, Blue World Pools!
cancelling contract contract without penalty
So, To begin with. Let me say we sent our cancellation papers by FedEx. It was received at BWP within the 3 day period.
I wanted to share what we had to do in order to cancel.
First thing... We wrote an written letter. Put an X across the contract. We also signed & dated it. Sent it on it's jolly way to BWP. Paid extra for them to sign for it when it arrived. *** A little side note*** If you look at the bottom of the contract. Don't waste your time trying to find an Telegram office. If one is around... I couldn't find it. Plus, I couldn't make my self go back into time to use one either (laughs)
At the bottom of their own contract... It clearly says... They will send back/ return anything that was traded within 10 business days. I gave a deposit and a canceled check to withdraw funds from, if, I went with this company.
After looking at all the horrible stories. I raced to FedEx within hours of signing. Trying not to throw up a long the way!
Attached at the bottom is two pictures. One is the bottom of their agreement. That I do not agree with. I did my part and canceled.
The second photo is what they sent back. PLEASE READ WHAT IT SAYS!
That I need to send back to them the front & back of checks. One of the checks is no good.. I did void it. The other check is also a void it would have been for an auto withdraw. They didn't cash my check because I voided both. It doesn't sound like a problem right? But to me it is.
For one, they have my account number. I would like to get my property back... Both checks that is voided. It's just the principal to me.
The real thing that bothers me also here. Look at what they sent to me.
It's not address to me. "It's address to "Dear value customer" Nothing at all about me. They only thing that had my name on it was the envelop.
Please take a closer look as well. If mailing or faxing this paper back. It says, I (we) agree that Blue World Pools is an ethically superb company, that has to agreed to cancel out contract without penalty in effort to help me (us) out of financial troubles. I(we) further agree to never disparage Blue World Pools in any matter.
They got something back. This paper with an X across the parts I did not agree with! Plus, I will not... or did not...sign over my rights to this place.. I made notes on this of how unethical I think the place is.
The reason for writing all of this. Be AWARE of this company! They change the rules as they play it seems to me.
Don't sign away your rights and make it sound like this place is good. I do not agree with Blue World Pools. Maybe if more of us banned together. Places like this will have NO choice, but to shut their doors!
SO BWP... Send back my property ... My (we)me(Our) voided out checks... You can respond back with a telegram on here... :{ Thank you!
I am a single grandmother raising 3 grandchildren, so I can’t really afford to take my kids on vacations so I decided I’d get them a pool for summer. I saw blue worlds advertisement for the 399.00 pool called them they came out and of talked me into getting an upgrade. That was 4yrs ago and so far I have made payments equaling over $12,000.00 and they say I still owe another 7yrs! That’s more than more home is even worth. During Covid I lost my job and one of my twin grandchildren got critically injured and has a brain injury, I called them and tried to work something out but they said there was nothing they could do and reminded me that they would take my childrens home if I didn’t pay the balance in full! I’m not sure how they can do that but I’m going to have to take my chances and stop payments from my back to these people. I can’t keep letting my children go without necessities to pay these mean ugly people.
Has anyone else done this, just stopped paying them? If so if you don’t mind saying what happened?
Thank you for your comments.
Has anyone had any success with BWP? We purchased a pool in 2018 and have spent a lot of time trying to reach out to them. We get nowhere! We have a pool that doesn't work, the liner is shredded snd we're paying 20k for when we cant even use it. We need to know HOW to get out from under this contract? Can we tell them to come and get it and stop paying?
Biggest mistake of my life getting a pool for a super outrageous price. I took it down - it was not easy to maintain as the sales person told me it was. So stuck paying and during Covid I called once to see if they can help me due to funds. Customer service was so rude and absolutely couldn’t help. I’ve been paying for over 4 yrs and I am low in funds one more time. Asked for a 2 week extension and was told absolutely not. They would take a payment minus the interest. When she ran my debit she ( customer service) said it was denying because my zip code didn’t match and I had to call my bank. Called bank and they said it did go Thru but then it was reversed. Oh my God. I called back and she again from customer service would not let me explain what bank said. Refused to be wrong and would not let me talk. They are so rude. No compassion and this place is a big rip off. Don’t do it.
I have a pool that is sitting in my yard that I cannot use. It was installed on Saturday, June 18th and was leaking on Sunday, June 19th.
On May 27th, Justin Vanegas (representative of Blue World Pools) came to my house and sold me an 18’round midline pool. I was told this was a maintenance fee pool so that is what really sold me. I charged a deposit of $1,000 on my card that day. I was told I should have my pool installed within 4 to 6 weeks.
On Sunday, June 12th, I received a text message from Damiam Tramel (pool installer). He was notifying me that he would be installing my pool and to please give him a call.
On Monday, June 13th, I called Damiam to discuss when he could come and install my pool. We agreed that he would install my pool on Thursday, June 16th.
On Wednesday, June 15th, Damiam called me to say that there was a problem with the job he was working on and would it be okay if he come to install my pool on Friday, June 17th. I said no problem, see you Friday.
On Friday, June 17th at 7’oclock in the morning, I get a call from Damiam that his pregnant wife was having pains and he had to take her to the hospital, and would it be okay if he rescheduled the installation of my pool until Saturday, June 18th. Once again, I said no problem, see you tomorrow.
On Saturday, June 18th, Damian did show up. I charged the balance left of $12,287 to my credit card, then Damian started installing my pool. He installed my pool by himself. Before he left, he filled the pool about ¼ full of water. Everything looked fine. I signed off that the job was complete because I thought it was. He told me to finish filling the pool and then fill in the dirt that he left around the sides.
On Sunday, June 19th before heading to church, my daughter and I went over to the pool because it was almost half full of water. Then we noticed that the ground on one side of the pool was wet, there was a leek somewhere. My brother came by and pointed out there was a pinhole on the other side of the pool. I called Damian to let him know what was going on, but he didn’t answer. I then texted him, along with sending him a picture of the wet ground. He texted me back and said he apologized for this, and I would need to contact Blue World Pools for a service call.
On Monday, June 20th, I called Blue World Pools and told them what was going on. They told me Damian had told them that it looks like the pinhole could have come from when someone was cutting grass, or a bb gun shot. I explained to LuRue(the person on the other end of the phone) that the pool was installed on Saturday evening and I found the leaks on Sunday morning. No one cut grass or played with any bb guns Saturday night. He said he would put in a service call so Damian could come back out and resolve the problem. I called Damian after I hung up with Blue World Pools. Once again Damian didn’t answer but he texted me and said he would call me in an hour. He called me to let me know that he had to order a new liner and he wouldn’t be able to get to me before Tuesday, June 28th. But if anything came up sooner, he would give me call. I called Blue World Pools back and told them this was unacceptable. I told them I paid for a job that was not complete and it was unacceptable to ask me to wait eight days for Damian to come back out to complete a job. Also, what am I supposed to do just let stagnant water stay in my pool for 8 days. This person said that Damian was the only installer in my area, and he would have to be the one to come back out and fix the problem. He told me he makes his own schedule and if he said he could get to me until June 28th there is nothing, they can do about it. I finally accepted that I would have to wait until June 28th to have my pool finally finished.
Friday, June 24th, I called Damian to confirm he was still coming to fix my pool on Tuesday, but as usual he didn’t answer. I then texted him, no response.
Monday, June 27th, I called Damian to confirm he was coming to fix my pool on tomorrow, Tuesday, June 28th, but he didn’t answer. I then called him from a different number, he answered. After he found out it was me, we got disconnected. I called back he didn’t answer. I then texted him asking him to confirm he was coming out tomorrow. He texted back that he spoke with Blue World Pool and for me to stand by for a call from Phillip. I told him texted him back I better get a call back by noon today or will have to take next steps.
Tuesday, June 28th and Damian didn’t show up and I haven’t received any response from Blue World Pool.
I signed up with blue world pools and i called to cancel I was told someone would be right out that was 8 weeks ago. Well we were called a date was given we took off work nobody showed up! When you call they don't answer! They will put you on hold for hours! I put the phone on speaker and waited! The customer service is a answering machine.i am contacting a attorney
We were lied to out the gate and tricked into signing papers before the pool work even began. We tried to cancel in the 3 days agreed and was unsuccessful. They began to make automatic drafts before the pool had even began to get started causing us to have our bank block payment withdrawals period. . It was one problem after another for months. The accountants that handle this don't know what we as the client has already endured and by the time you actually read the paperwork that's not supposed to be signed or completed until the pool is complete it's a total scam. Office in Georgia but litigation handled in Arizona. We've paid four years now without missing a note and after pulling out our contract with the lien amount on it we've surpassed that amount already and still owe 7 more years. We would be idiots to continue to pay this amount when the final amount is less than all the financed payments. We are in the process of stopping the payments as a smarter bargain and the property will be inherited not sold at anytime where their lien will be effective. Even tried to just get a payoff amount to get our bank to pay the loan off and help us but they refuse to give you anything other than the full financed total at end of contract. The warranty they have for liners are not acknowledged we replaced our own already which is a breach of contract on their end. The commercials they run are totally false as theirs no deck no landscaping only a real expensive pool that can be bought outright at any pool store for under 5 grand. If we finished paying this it it will be a 56000 dollar pool. We are elderly and just can't continue to do so when it's costing us our grocery and medical money. The worst company we've ever dealt with from start to finish. We honor our bills when the company is an honorable company. We aren't satisfied with any part of how or what they do their business with underhanded papers and people Jeff hides behind all the employees that are blinded to what the customers are actually dealing with as a result of trusting people when you shouldn't
Thank you
I called to cancel and did not know about mailing it in. After being on hold for hours and calling multiple times I finaly got it canceled and was told that I would recieve a phone call back. Never did so I called back multiple times and hold multiple times again and when I did speak to someone 2 or 3 times they said it was canceled and would recieve a phone call back. Installer just called with an install date when they said it was canceled!
Hey I am trying to cancel with them no one will call me back they gave me one price looking at paper work it is more then my house somebody please tell me what I can do I have not gotten it yet but put a 1000 down
sales commission scam
I answered a Craigslist ad for salesperson wanted in Feb of 2017.
Was offered the 1099 sales position with training later that month.
The sales agreement was that half of the commission would be paid when the sale was made and the second half after installation. Over a month period beginning April the 14th I sold 4 pools. My last sale with the company was on May the 8th. The first pool I sold was installed on May 10th and I still had not received one dollar in commission at that time. One of the people I trained with kept in contact with me and he was having the exact same issue with not being paid. When I called asking about my money the answer was always your check has been sent. I told Blue World I would not run any more leads until I received my past due commissions. I was told to turn in my sales materials and they would send my money. I did return my sales kit but as of the time of this posting July 21st have not received my money. They are scam artists and do this other sales reps as well as to myself.
$299 special
Called and made appt, sales rep on phone was friendly and helpful. After scheduling an appt I googled for reviews. There were lots of reviews, either very good or very bad! Some of the reviews stated that if you wanted 'cheap pool' you'd be treated terrible and there would be high pressure sales. You'd be asked to do a loan application including allowing the company to put a lien on your home. I took my chances and kept my appt. Day before appt I received a confirmation call, I verified that I would be able to purchase the $399 special and we're guaranteed we would be able to purchase without pressure to upgrade. The representative assured me. The day of my appointment, I was called 1.5 hrs before my appointment. They told me that a rep would not come out to sell the special, the trip was too long for that sale. If I wanted the special, I had to fill out an application, have the pool shipped to me for like $395 and then at that point someone would come out and do the install. But a sales rep would not be coming to talk to me. The person on the phone was rude and condescending, talking over me when I would try to ask questions. She told me several times to be quiet and let her speak. Would NOT recommend to anyone!
pool pricing
My pool is great. But paying $72, 000 after 12 years of payments in assonine! Pool is only worth $8000! Three days is not long enough to cancel an order! And having to do it in writing! If I had to do it all over again I would have went with another company. Do your research first! My pool has only been in about a month so I have no complaints on it but it's definitely over priced.
classic pool
Blue world pools scammed me I talked to drendy she came to our home told us this pool would be $14, 500 but we get a discount of $1000 off with a $500.00 down deposit I told her this is uo much for a above ground pool but she took my contract and said that she already talked to her manager and I was already locked to this contract so she took our $500.00 and left then the next day the manager called me he said I can't get out of this contract I will have a lien on my home till I pay off the pool so if I have the pool our not he said it will be $27, 500 for the pool classic and a finance charge of $26, 500 he said the total amount is $57, 250 and they will start taking it out my bank account
the whole company
Before I start I beg anyone who reads this if you get one thing from this message please listen when I say hire someone who deals with contracts before you sign or please, please, please read everything before you even pick up a pen. Any site you go to and read the multiple bad reviews are true. Of course its hard to trust anything you read nowadays but please at least do what I had first typed. As for me, I am a 10 year retired Marine veteran and purple heart recipient. I am always there for people and try to help whomever I can. I am also a college student trying to pursue a career in psychology. So I believe my heart is in the right place. I was retired from the Marines in 2013 due to injuries I sustained in Iraq, which caused severe brain trauma and PTSD. Now back to why they are a ripoff. What I should of done, which is my fault, is I should've done my own homework on other pool places or leisure's. The pools are NOT AS MUCH AS THEY CLAIM, they are only worth $3, 000 to $7, 000 MAX at their high end pools. I found, later, the same pool equipment for $5, 000. Also, you have to pay out of your own pocket, which is a couple more thousand to install, and they will NOT remove the soil that was dug up. Someone from Blue World Pools comes to the house to sell their product. While they are in your house, they try really hard to not take "NO" for an answer. I now understand that these individuals are well trained. They play the whole “well let me call my boss and see what we can do to keep driving the price down”. Then they also have the "If you let us use your pool as a show pool, we will lower it this much more." We have had the overpriced pool since 2014 and still no one has ever come to our house to see our “show pool”. So, say you sign everything, you then have ONLY 3DAYS TO CANCEL. They will give you the run around for those 3 days and by the time you get a hold of someone it’s too late. No one returned my phone calls during those 3 days. Even if you do cancel in the book of contract they give you, there is a small part in very fine print that says you have to still pay a percentage of cancelling. REMEMBER HOW I SAID ITS SET FOR FAILURE...Well there you go you are already losing money. While a BWP representative was at my house, she presented the contract. As you are trying to read this book of a contract, at least 25 long pages, she will try “see what she could to drop prices” or veer you away so you do not read too much of the rip off contract. AGAIN READ OR HIRE SOMEONE WHO DEALS WITH CONTRACTS. What I ended up signing, and it is 100% my fault for signing (but also fooled by their deceptive, selfish ways), was a pool worth roughly $5, 000 for $17, 000 (just principle), with interest over $40, 000, a lien on my house, an arbitrary ( which basically means their whole contract is safe from anything and they are untouchable regardless of wrongdoing), paying a lawyer to try to help me get out of this (which they couldn't). At one point we even noticed they typed in new information on my contract that was blank after I signed. So they pulled a fast one but we could not do anything cause of the arbitrary. Another time I called I tried to get a print out of my contract because they put these huge stickers on each page of contract so you cant see anything. Each page they printed for me would've cost me an additional $10 or more a page. Remember I said it was a book, so it was easily an additional $200 more dollars to spend on a contract reprint. These guys are all about the money and protecting their selfish acts. Now I am trying to sell my house and cannot do anything until this ridiculous amount is paid off first. They will not help me out of even bringing the price down a dollar because they want it all in full and know I cannot do anything about it. So this is one of the two things I can do, is write this and hopefully no one else gets hurt by Blue World Pools. I cannot believe they would even do this to a war hero, veteran, that almost lost his life in Iraq. I understand this nation loves their troops and I have had some national exposure when I got hurt. I always try to see the best in people but unfortunately; I was fooled by this fraud of a company and its employees. I will be bringing this to the press and share my story of Blue World Pools and the disrespect and scams it not only has on its people but their veterans that also protect this country.
All customer's have a 3 day buyer's right to cancel their contract. The contract is one page front and back, not 25! The manner in which to cancel the contract is contained in the contract and defined in the FTC's rules, not something made up by Blue World Pools, Inc. Blue World Pools, Inc. sells one of the highest quality above ground swimming pools in the market. The customer is incorrect in regards to Blue World Pools, Inc.'s pricing assumptions. Blue World Pools, Inc. also does not charge additional money for installation. Blue World Pools, Inc. has never typed in new information on a contract that was already signed, this is totally untrue! As you can see from the review there has are no problems with the pool. Blue World Pools, Inc. contracts contain binding arbitration which let's a neutral third party decide who is right and who is wrong. Blue World Pools, Inc. prefers a cash transaction and only offers time price differential as a courtesy. Blue World Pools, Inc. always recommends a customer to go to their local banking and or credit union first to get the best rate! Blue World Pools, Inc. is a family owned business and will do our best to work things out with all customers! I can be reached at [protected] ext 3031, Sean Warren, I am available for ANY customer from ANY year.
tried to get an estimate for their econoline pool they advertise for $399.00 15x24
So I called this so called pool company blue world pools! The sales lady asked me a few very personal questions? Are you married? Are you the home owner? She also stated they would check my credit. Then she asked me if I wanted to schedule for a sales rep to come out for today april 5th 2017 or tomorrow? I said today is fine so she scheduled an appointment for me with their sales rep thomas brown @2pm & she said he would call for directions. Never heard from blue world pools until 3pm sharon called to inform me that the sales rep would not be coming today that they overbooked their appts. Then she proceeded to inform me that no-one would be coming to my house that she had no appointments to offer me now or in the future? So I told her that I had read all of the reviews for this company & she cut me off & said their company had very good reviews! I told her no I saw similar complaints online & that I would like to speak to sean the guy who responds to all of the companies bad reviews! Sharon told me that she was the supervisor & that I could not speak to anyone else in the company but her that sean & the owner of blue world pools would not speak to me & that they would refer me to her every time? So my last words to sharon were "bad business" needless to say I would definitely steer very clear from this so called pool company! They are extremely unprofessional & rude! Very scammy! Do not support this terrible pool place! Beware!
These people @ Blue World Pools are the WORST of the WORST! Do not do business with them they are a RIP-OFF!
above ground pools
They are running an ad on Craigslist in Orlando Florida. Today I responded to the ad and I had a hillbilly girl from Alabama contact me. I could tell that she was constantly lying to me. From my small experience whatever you do do not buy for this company or go to work for this company. Do your homework read all the responses the internet is a wonderful thing good luck and buy a pool elsewhere.
midline pool
When í fist bought my blue world pool I was told I was getting a high quality pool for a low price with a lifetime coverage, but when my pool started to leak water at the end s of February I decided to call blue world pool company to have this fixed. The company sent over a man to take fix our issue but the man didnt do anything the first time he came, the pool lasted almost another 2 weeks with out getting fixed and lost more than half of the water. When the man finally came he took pictures of the two tears in the pool lining and just patched them up. A week after the pool got patched the patches started to lift and the pool started to leak once more I called once again and the company told me i had to pay to get the lining. They mentioned to me that I had to pay more than $600 to replace the lining plus a service fee of $500. I decided to look up the prices for the same type of liner from the distributor they have and discovered it cost $436.94 in store when I told the company of my find they told me that they company they buy their liners from, Swimline Corp., are better in price and quality, and the liner I found is exactly the same. When I told Blue world pools of everything I found they told me the $600 + $500 was a discounted price and that it would originally cost me $1500 for the total service. These prices are ridiculous not only did I pay the the pool in full I had to pay $100 for having someone to come patch the pool, patches that are now lifting. I will now have to buy a liner from an outside company and have it done I'm sure it will be cheaper than what this company is charging me.
Another complain that I have and I want to everybody be aware is that when I acquired the pool the sales representative established that this pool only needed one gallon of Clorox every week to maintain clean, but be aware that they make you sign a document that said that the pool is not free of chemicals and I realize this on May of the next year, then they told me that I need to buy a power ionizer chamber
To clear the water, but this did not happen because then they told me I need to buy different kinds of chemicals to make clear the water, I bought the ionizer for two consecutive years, at the 3rd year my husband disconnect the ionizer chamber and we stopped having trouble with the green water maintaining this clear by 2 years consecutive without the necessity of buying the chamber anymore and reducing the use of chemicals.
This is so sad that we make the big effort to spend $11, 971 to buy our dream pool to realize now that this was a very bad decision from us, but a pretty good business to Blue World Pool.
Never ever set up with Blue World Pools! They were suppose to come out and check things! Never showed up! Then I get a phone call that the package about the pool was coming out and there will be an extrA 325 to send the pool! They lied a total of $625 NOT $299! BBB and my attorney general will be called!
unethical behaviour, over pricing for paperwork, will not let me talk to management, etc.
We purchased a pool from Blue World Pools at the end of last summer. They did in fact charged me a lot more than others however I did not do my homework first. My house burnt to the ground Jan. 21, 2017. I have been trying to get a copy of my contract with them and they told me it was going to cost me $50 a page. Again my house just burnt to the ground, I do not have that kind of money. I have been trying to get information on how much it will cost for a pool exactly like mine so my insurance will pay for it since it was so close to the house it was destroyed as well. The people I have talked with wants pictures sent to them like that is going to tell them that the equipment is broke or the liner is melted to the metal on the pool etc. I did get put on hold numerous times and still nobody will help. The only way they may help is if I have my adjuster get in touch with them which he has been trying to do for the past 2 weeks. The salesman said my pool would be in and ready in 3 weeks in was over a month before it was up. Then the installers did not put the ladder where I asked nor is the bottom of the pool flat. They said to call them back when it was time to winterize it and they will fix it. Again, nothing fixed but the ladder. Then that was not even straight. I found people got the same pool for Thousands less than we did and now I am hearing that they will put a lien on my property if I don't pay them. Also the amount to get a copy of my contract is outrageous. Isn't there some kind of law against what they are putting us thou? Now that our house isn't there anymore we asked for a quote to move it and they said at least $4000.00. REALLY? I need help with these people because I am at my watt's end and am not sure how to go about getting anything done. However, I just wanted a paper stating how much my pool would cost so I can send it to my insurance adjuster so I could pay it off and be done with them completely. Now they are trying to make that almost impossible. Please Help me!
the pool and the equipment with the pool
Believe me the pool is not what I was wanting and they did not even show me anything about the equipment that was given and also the steps have broken and can not use them. We are both handicap and can not even get in the pool now and I am hoping that something will happen where they have to come and get the pool or they actually have to go out of business. They have an extravagant interest rate and my credit is excellent with scores of 775 and 776. I am very upset and would like for them to be investigated. Got to pay on this for seven years and I actually paid them 3, 000 dollars down payment. I am very disgusted with this and I say they to give me new steps. They were plastic and cracked badly. They need to be closed down. Also do not give you a chance to cancel. Tried in 3 days but they told me it was too late.
Also the cover given fell apart and had to buy a new one and also the balloon that goes inside the pool under the cover during winter. The cover was not round and it was very hard to get on the pool. This pool is pure joke and I would like to have it removed from my yard. What can be done? They even set the pool up where I did not want it. Should have been over further that it is. I would love to sue them.
unethical behavior
The sales person was at my house until about midnight so I should have know at that moment that they were desperate and every time they said they were going to contact me they did not. When I finally got the pool and needed to speak with them I was hung up on and disrespected many many many times I even had employees yell at me like it was their money. I was told byou the sales rep that my pool would be one price and in the end it was about $54, 000 which is too much for an above ground pool in the end of the signing and all they told me that if I backed out of the pool contract they would charge me half price of the pool and still not give me the pool so I was stuck with the full contract and ended up having to file for bankruptcy and it all started with a $299 pool I filed in the same year I bought the pool I would not recommend this company to anyone theyes took advantage of me and my wife we are only 20 years old
swimming pool
The pushy person who came to my home told a great big lie. He said people would be coming to view the pool for three years and this has been one and no one has come to see the pool. They also gave me a 23% interest rate on the pool and that is like stealing from someone. I tried to cancel the pool but they would not cancel the order. I made a complaint to the better business bureau and all that did was get the company to call me and they again did lie to me about the pool and the interest rate and you can never get in contact with anyone there. They are set up where you have to go through many steps and their website that is not working now had nothing on it to where you could purchase items needed for the pool. I am an older person who I feel got robbed. Been paying on the pool for over 1 year and I have not gotten anywhere with the money I pay. I am very upset and I feel they need to be checked out and if possible I be given a discount because of the lies and no one will talk to me. The steps where the handle bars are has already broken and that is not good. They are plastic and I feel I should have gotten metal ones.
Also there is no where you can get to your account to see the balance. They require you call them and ask and they then go through a bunch of stuff to get you to do other things for the pool. I am very disgusted and feel like I was robbed. They need to either give me a discount or come take the pool out now. They are nothing but liers

From the beginning, Blue World pools has been a great company to work with. We had quite a delay due to constant rain last year when they were planning to install. They continued to communicate with me and when it came time to install, they were here bright and early. They had my pool in by the end of the day, digging, grading, setting up, all of it. Once it filled, I was in love! This pool is VERY minimal on chemicals and you can tell when in the water. Maintenance was a breeze, SO MUCH EASIER than a chlorinated pool. Stays perfect all year. When we closed it down, it was in great shape, clear water, etc. When we opened in the spring, it was just as perfect! I was amazed, expecting to see green water when I took of the cover, but not a bit of algae. Simply followed the instructions and it was perfect. LOVE MY POOL!
