So the installer came with a skid steer and had not pre-ordered sand, and did not install posts on concrete blocks. We now have a pool up, but we can't completely fill it to skimmer or it will literally overflow on the other side of the pool... Just a little UNLEVEL! I’ve received 2 VM’s from Doreen in the Commodity Dept. I’ve tried to call back several times and a human answers immediately, transfers the call, and then I sit on hold for no less than an hour before hanging up. I signed the contract and paid $4500. The installer ( 1 guy) took 4 days , showed up late each day & the last day, close to sundown(7:30pm). The damaged the frame and the wind tore the liner. Blue World Pool was informed about the problem and terminated the installer & they suggested replacement of frame & liner.
