Better Homes And Gardens daily prizes from different bhg magaines

Please let me know if you can read the attached captchas! For the past few days, I can do the BHG, Fitness, and Parents daily sweeps, but not Martha Stewart, More, Shape, Better Recipes, nor Recipe Daily.
Could you please let your provider know that this is not acceptable to your clients and give us a normal captcha that we can read - it's not really fair that we cannot read these captchas and therefore do not have a chance to win the wonderful daily prizes you give to us.

I have one by one lost the ability to log into the Meredith sites. Started with Martha Stewart, then Parents, Then Shape and now BHG. It accepts my user name and password then say it failed to load to their log in. Wrote to them, but no answer.

Better Homes And Gardens bhg red gas grill wmu720ksie0783r-000658

This grill was purchased in December 2016 and always seemed to have issues but last weekend it became engulfed in flames coming up from the back of the grill this was just warming up no food was even on this grill why it caught fire is crazy, my rail on my patio caught in fire we had to call the fire department. Fortunately my propane did not catch on fire and blow my home up we were extremely lucky.

Better Homes And Gardens incorrect parts for patio set

Ordered a patio set from home and gardens through walmart.com, when I opened box that was sealed just fine, the right arm part for the loveseat was missing. In the box they provided 2 left arms, no big deal right? I called customer service and spoke with someone who was very un- energetic and rude. After a case was filed he then rudely told me I needed to contact someone else. I then followed his instructions and emailed customer service with my case number. After getting a few responses and asked for pictures of a part I didn't have and a receipt that I also didn't have because I already sent them the order number as proof of purchase, I then didn't hear from anyone for at least 3 to 4 days. Then I had to start all over about my complaint with the same non sense. It's now about a week since I received my item and it was only partially put together, and after spending $500 I think anyone would be aggravated. I then finally get a response that my part will be sent via FedEx and they will contact me via email with the tracking number which never happened . I just happen to send a email to the last person I spoke with one day and she then sends me a screenshot of the delivery notice ! Are you serious. I will never purchase anything with home and gardens ever again.

Better Homes And Gardens plug in wax burners... set of 2

My wax burners were given to me as a Christmas gift 2016. In the box was a plugin counter burner and a wall plug in. In April 2017 both started to show signs of the lining of plastic burnt. As time went on they got worse. They now sit in a box because I believe they are a fire hazard. I would be greatful if these could be replaced with ones that don't have the plastic lining. Thank you.

Better Homes And Gardens gas barbecue grill

Bought your grill in June of 2014 the grease pan rusted through I am aware that it is no longer under warranty but when I called to purchase another one I was told that this model(gbc1462w/bh14-[protected] )was discontinued that I would have to get an after market one. I do not have a problem with that the only thing is I can't find one. I'm very disappointed in your product . We use our grill quite often not to mention I also purchased your small portable grill that I'm worried that I might not be able to get parts for if I need. I thought that when we purchased these grills we were buying quality products now not so sure I'll ever purchase another one or continue my subscription to your magazine. If you could help me find another grease tray I would greatly appreciate it because I really don't want to buy another grill

Better Homes And Gardens replacement parts for canopy

I have a BHG Gilded Grove Canopy. I have two metal bars broken and can't find a way to get replacement parts. [protected] is not helpful. How do I get the parts I need? The only thing that the BHG website seems concerned with is getting magazine subscriptions to get more money put in their hands but not help their customers that I've already paid money for products

Better Homes And Gardens lounge chairs

I have enjoyed reading your magazine throughout most of my adult life. I equate the Better Homes and Garden brand with quality; ideas and products that help improve the quality of my home and life.
I purchased a pair of lounge chairs from Big Lots in Tampa, Florida. I don’t normally shop at this retailer but when I saw your name attached to the chairs; this gave me a sense of assurance so I went ahead with the purchase.
The chairs did not last longer than 3 months before they began unraveling and the cushions faded as well. These chairs were kept outside since they are designed for outside usage – either by a pool or outdoor patio and the latter in my case. I spent over $200 dollars on the two chairs-cushions were included and for them to fall apart is really disappointing. The chairs were for my two daughters and I think they may have sat on them no more than half a dozen times so they were disappointed as well.
I am not sure if your company was the manufacture of these chairs or if your company just allowed the manufacture to use your “good name” –licensing agreement, perhaps?
My reason for writing is to inform you of this situation, which I feel you, should know. And to state, in my opinion, that incidents like this cheapen the Better Homes and Gardens’ reputation. Hopefully in the future you will carefully consider putting your name on products unless you are 100% assured of their quality.

Better Homes And Gardens my shower curtain from wal-mart and I am so glad someone inspected mine I bought.

My shower curtain was not inspected and I suffer from really bad OCD and it was made upside down. It is the one with seashells..lobsters and fish. Fish only look like that when they are dead. I am in Sturgeon Bay WI at my new camper and if I could have brought it back to Wal-Mart I would have I picked it up at the DePere WI store...but bought 2 months ago or so and open it up hang it and the next time I went into my bathroom I was shocked. I sure hope someone is inspecting better after this complaint. The rugs that came with it are awesome. Thank you to the person that has to deal with reading complaints. Dorothy Leurquin.

Better Homes And Gardens king size sheets model number bh16-[protected]

Purchased this 4 piece sheet set from Walmart for 54.88. I washed them and put them on the bed. After the second night we slept on them, the top sheet tore near the bottom during the night. I tried to exchange them and Walmart will not let me because i tuck the top sheet under the matress. The assoicate said it was my fault they riped. I have always tucked my sheets and blankets under the matress. Extremely disappointed with the quality and that I am out the money for these sheets.

Better Homes And Gardens queen size sheets item number [protected]

I recently purchased these sheets and the first night we slept on them, my husband drooled on the pillow and the spot on the pillow case turned white. When I washed them, even more of the pillow case turned white. Also part of the fitted sheet has some white spots. I did not use bleach. Very disappointed, as we like everything else about the sheets.

Better Homes And Gardens sheet sets

My husband purchased two sets of Queen sized, 300 thread count wrinkle free (ha, that's a laugh because I have to iron them after washing) sheet sets. I change the sheets once a week, iron them and put them in a storage bag till the next changing. About 2 weeks ago, I noticed small tears in the top sheet in both sets. Yesterday, I again washed the sheets, and when they came out of the washer, there was a huge hole in the center of the top sheet. I am completely disgusted with these $50.00 per set sheets, and will never purchase anything from Better Homes and Gardens again.

I bought the 400 thread queen set and after several washings small holes are appearing all over - one is big. To the lady from Ocean Springs - did you contact BH&G ?

Better Homes And Gardens offset umbrella

I purchased a Better Homes and Gardens offset umbrella from Walgrens which was delivered 8/28/2015. While setting it up we discovered the pole was bent the wrong way, forward rather than backward, causing it to be too low to the ground. This was apparently a manufacturing defect. I am 5'6" and could not walk under it. I called customer service and spoke to a representative named Daniel and sent him e-mail pictures of the umbrella. He said they would send a replacement pole. 9/30/2015 I called Daniel again as I had not received the pole. He said there was a delay but the pole would ship in 2 days. 10/30/2015 still no pole. I called and got a different chap as Daniel was not at work. This chap said they were on back order. Called 11/9/2015 and spoke to Daniel. He said I should return it to Walgrens. Why didn't he tell me that 2 1/2 months ago? I relied on the Better Homes and Gardens instructions and customer service representative Daniel. How am I suppose to return an item with no box? And by the way...summer is over.

Better Homes And Gardens cover picture

I have never before seen a picture of a person on the cover of the magazine, most likely because it is a magazine about homes and gardens! I was quite upset when my recent magazine had the ugly mug of Michelle Obama. I will be canceling my subscription immediately. It is not the place of a home and garden magazine to push any political agendas.

If it had been Laura Bush . . . . would it have bothered you? To cancel your subscription over a photo of the very beautiful and very intelligent Michelle Obama is just plain stupid! They probably put her on the cover because she has a vegetable garden at the White House and she is our first lady. If you don't like who they put on the cover . . . start your own magazine.

Is the cover actually pushing politics or is it actually showing you that Michelle Obama gardens too...I think the fact that she gardens and does things to decorate her home is very relevant...

Maybe you just don't like the Obama's... and better yet, you posted this mess to get the reaction you are getting and going to get...

This woman being on the cover of Home and Gardens is no reason to cancel a full subscription... of a magazine... that plasters many different photos on it... but you are gonna cancel supposedly because of politics...

Better Homes And Gardens subscription

After a week of searching for the BB&G phone number, finally found it at this site. Called BB&G to correct errors with my subscription and extend my subscription. The customer service rep stated that their computers would be down for the rest of the week (called on a Tuesday) and asked me to call back a week later. He could see that my subscription was not correct but could not fix it. He also stated that BB&G had not tried to hide their phone number from subscribers which is a patently false statement.

This is for Better Homes and Gardens.
This is about your Barbecue Competition on last weeks show.
Congatulations to all the winners but there were NO WINNERS from either Western Australia or the Northern Territory.
I am sorry but this just STINKS AND IS UNFAIR!?
Australia is made up of eight states and territories and these twenty(20) barbecues, should've been shared out between ALL the states and territories equally, not just to Eastern/Southern States and Territory.
So when you do have free phone-in/sms competitions, these prizes should be allocated in lots of eight so at least every state and territory has a chance to win a prize.
Why don't you talk to your sponsors about this, they'll probably tend agree that this should be the case, it will be a lot fairer for everybody in this country, who do watch Better Homes and Gardens.
My fiance' enters your competitions all the time and when we watch your program, there are hardly any winners from Western Australia, why is that... we're Australian too.
So this is to you Better Homes and Gardens, make it fair to all states and territories...

I received a renewal notice the first of Sept., and immediately paid it for subscription through Nov. 2011. The first of October, I received what appeared to be a billing statement for a year subscription. It clearly says "BILL - IMPORTANT: Amount due is payable on receipt. PAY THIS AMOUNT $12.00". I made no commitment that would warrant a bill being sent; had in fact already paid. This is obviously a scam, disguising a further renewal as a bill that is owed. It is an unscrupulous practice, and I will be cancelling my current subscription.

There was a special on Better Homes and Garden magazine which I ordered through Publishers Clearing House. It was only 5.99. I sent a check and no magazines.

I too paid for, and never received, Better Homes & Gardens along with Country Living, which I received two issues of and was then notified that it was being canceled. Nice, So they have my twenty five dollars and I have the last two issues of County Living, and no BH&G. I have sent emails and received promises of replacement issues ("Oh yes, they've sent it, they don't know what the problem is") RIGHT! I am contacting my bank and the post office and filing a complaint. Crooks!

Better Homes And Gardens never received nor ordered subscriptions

I received no subscriptions from Better Homes and Gardens, for some reason they keep sending a bill to me I never ordered any magazines, I did send a note back to them in the past 3-4 months for this very thing, and now they still send a bill stating my account is past due and to restore my account to good standing I should pay $22.00. Once again I have never received nor want any of their magazines . I don’t know if this is a case of identity theft or harassment. I will save this letter for future references.

I have received the second notice regarding a Family Circle book that I didn't order. I presume that it's a cookbook. It's definitely a book. I sent a note after getting the first request for payment of $39.87 that I had sent the book back unopened, but I received the second notice yesterday for immediate payment. Please straighten this bill out and NEVER SEND ME ANOTHER BOOK!

I was looking through old magazines and found a 2007 Mexican food special that is exactly the same as the 2010 issue. This is a rip off... I went online and there is no way to contact them...

I'm having the same problem with BHG.I have tried numerous ways to tell them I didn't order nor intend to pay for it. I have never received an issue, but get a bill.

This same thing happened to me. Apparently Better Homes and Gardens is trying to steal cash to avoid bankruptcy by setting up false orders and billing folks in hopes that because it's only $22 they'll just pay up.

How do you know they are now a scam company? Because they hide their phone number on their website—a sure sign of a scam company.

I won't be "just paying up." Not me. As far as I'm concerned. BH&G is on my s---list never to be dealt with in any way again. I'll take them to small claims if they try to affect my credit in anyway as I will know the minute that they try thanks to my credit watching program.

Better Homes And Gardens not receiving subscription and cookbook

On 3/24/2008 I mailed a check to add three years to my subscription, which was not to expire until november 2009, I have not received the new addition to my subscription and did not receive the all time favorites vol. 2 cookbook I was promised when renewing my subscription. Heres hoping to hear from you about this problem.

I routine purchase these melts. For the last 2 months they don't seem to have any smell at all, on any one that I buy. I usually spend $20 every 2 weeks. I have been very disappointed, will have to switch to another brand. What seems to be the problem? I would like a refund of the money I spent on these melts that didn't have a smell at all.

I bought one of your hampers 3 weeks ago the bottom left corner is broken. Th screw went all the way through . Causing the hamper to loose and wobbly. What do I do? I love using you products I don't want this to stop me from getting your products and using them.

The cushions and pillows fade right away even with a cover over the set in summer, stored out of any weather.
The cushions shreds split in just 1 year

Didn't last 2 years -

Need replacement cushions -
No support from Better Homes & Gardens set purchased from Walmart

Order this in April and already rusting spent a lot of money and I dont think it will last more than one season. Just shocked and not sure what to do I can send pics of my deck all stained with rust spots bought a outdoor carpet and that has rust spots to. If I knew it would rust this quicky I would have never bought it!

Better Homes And Gardens Poor customer service

Below is a copy of my correspondence with Better Homes & Gardens. I bought a back issue of one of their magazines via their website for my son's bedroom. We were interested in purchasing or building the bed with build in shelves. The magazine sent did not have the information. I sent a reply as listed below and spoke to a rep via the subscription line, who could offer no further contact numbers (however, was kind on the phone-unlike the customer service for the email responses.) To date, I have not had any further information from BHG. My feeling is that the customer base is so large that they feel that it is of lesser importance to reply to something so small as a request for information regarding a purchase.

My thought is: "what would the advertisers who sell products listed in their decorating pages think of the fact that a consumer wanted to purchase and was blown off?" Please post this for other BHG subscribers to think twice before renewing the magazine.

My first email in March to you did not go through due to an error on my part (frustration.)

The rubber seal in the cover comes out and it cannot be reinserted. Thus the covers don’t close properly and there is no seal. I bought many of these containers and the rubber came off on most of them. I am washing the covers by hand, no dishwasher. These were bought at Walmart within the last 2 months

bought the product and it only has 3 containers in the box instead of 4 that was suppose to be there. I am missing the 16 cup container and lid. Just wanted to inform someone in case this has happened a few times. I cannot send picture, I am 65 and doing this took a lot

I am missing four of the parts that are labeled D. Without these parts I am obviously unable to assemble the 12 cube organizer. When I try the help number included in the package, I can not get ahold of anyone and have left numerous messages.

I recently purchased a wax warmer for my home and the top bowl where the wax melts does not level in, in other words, even to fit into the actual warmer. It’s truly disappointing. I went back into Walmart and returned it for the same exact wax warmer and it had the same issue.

This product is absolutely horrible, I just bought it and have to use tape to hold the slots in place. Whatever staples you are using to hold it in place keep pulling right out. Bought today 4/8/2023

I bought a 16in black pedestal fan today at Walmart and there was no cross stand piece so I can’t even use the fan because it can’t stand up! I need a cross stand piece to attach the pole to the motor piece. Where can I get one?
