Bought a Better Homes and Gardens' Chrome Shower Caddy and it did not fit the bathtub. I used the poles that were supposed to be used for the measured length of the bathtub to the ceiling but it was too long. All the poles were the same size so I had to buy a pole cutter and cut down the pole to the correct size. It was costly and time consuming and should not have been necessary. This is the second and last thing that I will ever buy from Better Homes and Gardens... I don't even want their magazine. Both this caddy and their sheets are garbage.

Bought the fire pit in October 2021 online at Walmart.com. After going through 3 propane tanks, the burner broke in half (see attached pic). Walmart website description says it has manufacturer's warranty: 10 years burner, 4 years flames, 3 year limited warranty. Tried to contact Walmart and Better Homes and Gardens over the phone many times. Aways been directed from one to another, no one able to advise how to obtain the manufacturer's warranty, apparently there is none. BHG not responding to emails.

I was burning candle on my head board of my bed as I lay in bed. After several I heard a loud pop. The glass of the candle had exploded, send chunks of glass and small shards of glass flying - luckily it exploded in the opposite direction of me. Candle continued to burn. Again, luckily I was right there to extinguish the candle before more damage was done. Unsafe candles.

Hello , I just wanted to let you know I bought your better homes in garden patio furniture for 599. 00 from Walmart when it was delivered there was things wrong with it the glass on the glass top table would not fit chair arm was dented and one of the pads had a big dent in it from a board of something laying on it I called Walmart emailed them got no response from them for about maybe a week or two finally called them back and talk to someone, they said they could only credit me $99, I sent pictures to them also to show damages the price of this product I would’ve expected a little more than that in return I did not want to send it back it’s too much of a hassle but I wanted to let you know the outcome. I look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks Kay williams

I ordered the Better Homes and Gardens Bankston dining table from Walmart.com and one of the legs is cracked from the top. I need a replacement leg instead of returning the whole set. I tried to ask for a replacement part on the Walmart app but there was no option for that. Just a return and refund. I bought the table and chairs as a bundle so if I return the entire table, I won’t get the same price if I repurchase separately

I bought white black out curtains that stated they are 100% black out. I got home put them up and they do not work at all. I bought these in Walmart on collins road in JACKSONVILLE Florida. I do not have the serial number.

When I washed my bedding it came apart in Washer and burnt in dryer. For a set that cost $74.00 before taxes that seems like I bought a cheap set and I loved it, was so comfy. Before it messed up in wash. I’ve only had this set a couple weeks. When I pay a higher cost in a product I expect it to last longer then that.

I purchased the container at Walmart and loved them until now.. The top is spring loaded and there is a plastic clip that locks the air out. Being plastic, it has cracked. I need a new top or that part.

Was given this as a gift and do not know where it was purchased. When we opened the box, the hardware to put it together was missing. My wife went to our local Walmart and was told to call customer service. When I did that, they would not help because I did not have verification of it purchased online such as an order number. All I want is the hardware to put together but Walmart doesn't want to help me but they treated me like I wanted to cheat their company out of thousands of dollars. I just want some bolts which we offered to pay for.

The "wicker" is brittle and breaks off of the entire sofa. This is absolute junk. Not certain it wasn't aged when received.

We have kept it covered when not in use.

I purchased a king size comforter set and washed the blanket according to the instructions. The white flowers are now brown and the inside cotton is crunched together. Not sure what happened, I dried the blanket on a no heat cycle.

I bought a set of your sheets from Walmart and they are rough on the skin not soft at all. Very dissatisfied. I paid 45.00 dollars for them 🤔 ng I was getting a good pair of sheets. I don't know how else to explain it they are rough to the touch

Long side pieces were cracked! Couldn’t put together worked on it for 5 hours over two nights. Need the side pieces replaced! Called Walmart to get this resolved & they told me to contact you. Couldn’t find a number to call you! I want the new side pieces sent to me asap!

I always purchase sheets from your company. I went to Walmart and purchased queen size sheets. Once I purchased the sheets and got them home. I wanted to wash them putting them on my bed. I opened the package but did not inspect every inch of the set. After washing and drying. I was putting the sheet set on the bed when I noticed the pillowcase has a long open stich down the middle of it. Since the package was opened and washed, I could not return it to Walmart. This is why I am making a complaint

In 2020 I purchased this throw in purple. I have absolutely adored it and use it all the time. I was anxiously looking forward to the new throws coming out in 2021. I ended up purchasing the blue floral one that I thought was beautiful. Imagine my disappointment when I got it home and found out it was nowhere near as thick was the purple one that I already had. I had thrown away receipt and taken tag off blanket or I would have returned it immediately. I should have checked it more closely before purchasing it. It is not anywhere as warm as prior one, definitely not as thick. Obviously I am stuck with a blanket that is not warm, not as heavy as I wanted, and am very, very disappointed.

Chair frame had / has rust on it. Near were the frame interlocks. See attached pictures, it was not seen until we got home and realized it. My daughter loves it and we'd like some type of refund towards the total spent - $180 is a lot to spend to have rust on the chair as we just opened it.

Today I went into Walmart and decided I would purchase a dresser. After looking at the dressers on display decided to buy a Rustic dresser from BH&G. When my husband and I removed the items from the box we noticed chips on one board. I did want to return it back to the store but we keep it and set it up just because it would a mess trying to put everything back. It's a nice sturdy dresser and color is great for the room we put it in. I am disappointed with chips and hope this doesn't happen to someone else's purchase from Better Home and Garden.
