I have ordered some furniture from this store and the total came out to be at least $5000. When i made the order they say they will give it to me within a couple of days and would give a call to me when it is coming. I ordered it on the Feb. 2 and was supposed to be here on Feb.7. I have not received a phone call from them on Feb. 8 and decided to call them to see what happened with my purchase. When i called them and asked when is it going to come, they said that they don't have our invoice. We were shocked when we heard this cause i had the copy of the invoice and they said they don't have it in their computer!!! I have yet to receive my furniture and this is the worst customer service EVER!!! After spending so much money and they say that they don't have an invoice when i had a copy of it in my hand.. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

    I have purchased two bedroom sets from Bell Furniture. They promised they would send it on a certain date and that did not happen. I try calling them for another date, no response... no call back... nada! I went to the store to try to meet with the management and no success. I waited for more than 1 hour for the manager/owner to come and his excuse was more than disappointing. I should have got my refund right there and parted but I wanted to give them another chance. They gave me another ETA and they were late again. When the furniture finally arrived in a pickup truck (two bedroom sets in one pickup) they were nothing like I had seen in the showroom. The people who set it up were no professionals, left a lot of staplers on the carpet and I have two toddlers that run barefoot on the carpets. The bedroom set is so badly assembled that I just wanted to give it to charity and not use it for a day even! I would give Bell Furniture a big fat "F". I am horrified and I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from there at all.

    I received a circular in the mail stating that I can get a sectional for $814! Free delivery and that they have IN house financing with no credit check. Well after they tag on fees it came to less than $900- still a good deal. They required a deposit of about $250- no problem. Then after they made me almost sign my life away, they showed me the contract... I would pay approximately $163/ month.. for the next 21 months. Now I am no rocket scientist, but if I owe $700, why would I pay you almost $3400.00. They should be ashamed of themselves doing this to people. Even the mafia has less interest charges! Did I mention that I would not get the couch until 45 business days.. Please know I walked away. It is horrible to think some may not see the bigger picture

    I think Bell Furniture should be investigated by FBI as its owner is an Iranian!

    This is the second time I've purchased from Bel and had problems both times. Shame on me for going back. I paid cash for a sectional and still have not received my furniture after almost a month. When they called to reschedule my delivery for the second time I asked why they were rescheduling again since they already rescheduled once before. The lady was obviously trying to find an acceptable excuse. She finally said that the furniture came in damaged. I am so tired of dealing with this company. I will never walk through their door again. There are too many other place where you can shop and even if you have to pay a bit more, its worth it not to have to fight to get what you already paid for. Worst company ever!
