Bank Mobile Vibecustomer service

5 years ago (2013)I tried to set up my H&R block card to transfer to this account. I made a mistake in entering the number and they placed my account on a security watch. OK, it was my fault I understand. Now 5 years later (2018) that security watch is still on my account! I emailed them requesting that they take it off so I can utilize the new savings account they offer. I was able to open the savings but I am not able to transfer from my checking. Seriously ? I cannot transfer within my own account?! There has not been ANY fraudulent activity on my account I have maintained a positive balance and my payroll is direct deposited!
