Recently I’ve been locked out of bank mobile after switching numbers. Before I switched numbers though I had changed my email and phone number on bank mobile before coming back home from AIT(Military). Once I got home my mom was telling me I should’ve got a refund from my school already and checked and seen they already sent the money. This is the dumb part. I try accessing my account and the phone number is still my old number and the email is so random email with my name and with the domain acx…. Whatever l. It’s not even a gmail, outlook, etc. I call them and get told none of my emails or phone numbers are associated to my account. How the hell is none of my numbers associated to my account when I can press reset password and use my old phone number and it works but the problem is I don’t have that phone but how can they say it’s not associated. Now I’m told my accounts been locked since August 16. Told a security team will reach out BUT what email are they can reach out to. They said it can take weeks or even longer. What the hell am I supposed to do. They verified it’s me but still say that can’t do anything until they complete their investigation.
