My best friend has has a wellness plan with banfield for years. When he had to take his cat (Charlie) in for a medical emergency (We found out he had an grossly enlarged heart) an had no chance for survival he was "put to sleep" (The dr. By the way was awesome!!!) when we left the facility we were presented with no paperwork what so ever, and then called 3 days later and told the the bill was $282.00. When we went back to the facility we were told the we had a week to pay at lest 1/2 the bill or it was going to be sent to collections. We have yet to see an itemized bill or any copy of the paperwork that was signed for charlie's emergency care.
