Horrible service : Claim no : OC-171-7011-[protected] | Bajaj Allianz : Motor Insurance Claim Form

It’s been more 2 months and I’ve not received the Claim amount yet. I've not received any updates from the Customer care over email or the Bajaj guys. this is one of the Worst services I've have received and the Claim process is all manual and need to reach out to multiple people. Each time i need to reach out to a different person to get things going forward

I raised the request on : 16 of Aug and it’s been a month since I’ve done the payment and waiting for the Refund. Very Bad Experience and hectic refund process. Never i would suggest any of my Motor friends to go for this Company.
