John Henry Beeks, jr. went to a business; 15 months ago, to repair my laptop computer. They installed Avast software on my laptop, for a free trial. I didn't renew or agree to purchase any software. It's Fraud to charge my credit card; I didn't do business with Avast. I didn't give them my credit card information. You Have a lot of nerve; charging me; I told You...I didn't want Your software.     Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
