Aramex International delivery

I had placed an order for computer gadget from Souq.com a week back. I had got a call from Aramex on Thursday evening to confirm my address and I was told on Sunday the consignment, (order #[protected]) will be dispatched on Monday between 1-3pm.But when I called to check, I was told that it will not be delivered today rather on Tuesday.. Customer service people are not firm in their decision and are sceptical.This is not the first time it has happened, but many times which has disappointed me with your bad service.

Aramex International package not delivered

Poor service here in muscat oman! My package arrived in muscat on oct 5th and no one tried to deliver it until oct 8th. When contacted I told them that I would be home after 4pm. They did not come even though someone has put on the form that they tried to deliver at around 6pm, which is a lie unless they stupidly went to the wrong address. They called the next day and said they would deliver package after 4pm. They did not come. Today I called a woman called maha and she said it would be delivered today. They did not come! Now it is a holiday and no one will come for a week! This is absolutely outrageous!

Aramex International courier not delivered

I had ordered an item from ebay which is from kidzoba and I got mail from them saying that its shipped and the shipment details as

When I called aramex on the number +91 (80) [protected], I got reply saying that I will get my item by 12-june-2012 end of day. But

I did not get the item and I called again on 13-june -2012 and on 14-june -2012 then again got reply that I will get the item on that day

End of day. And till today I have not got the item.
And the aramex web site is showing the same thing. I. E., shipment on hold.

When I asked the kidzoba people they told they don't know why the shipment is kept on hold.
If the aramex people cannot deliver the items then why the hell are they taking orders from people. Such a pathetic service.

Aramex International parcel not received / wrong update on tracking site

I had ordered a phone from Indiatimes and the shipment reached Gurgaon on 27-Dec and was sent to delivery on 27-Dec at 4pm..I was waiting for the shipment till 6:45 and then I called up the Customer care
and they assured me the package will be delivered by 8pm at my doorstep. At 7:15pm, I noticed on the tracking site the update as the CUSTOMER REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT...this was shocking as there was NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVERY and this was utter nonsense. The Customer care only works from 9:30am to 7pm, and there was no one to reach out for the package delivery inquiry.
ARAMEX IS A VERY VERY BAD COURIER SERVICE COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ARAMEX SERVICES, it is totally unprofessional and do not deliver on time and put wrong updates on the tracking site.

The seller gave me aramax international tracking no [protected] which was not working . Raised several complaints but aramax was telling me to contact seller.it was already shipped with aramax and is there with customs .the tracking no was not showing anything .

Aramex International not delivering the parcel to the concerned person

RAK Insurance sent a parcel of Oman Vehicle Insurance to me through Aramex on 16th June 2011. On 14th June 2011 I got a call from Aramex asking for my location. On 18th I contacted RAK customer care to enquire about the parcel.
They informed me that they have already sent the parcel . I called Aramex customer care. They informed me that they have already delivered the documents to an Alumco employee. I was astonished.My details are there with Aramex. Even my phone number is there. Then why didn't they call me and inform me about the parcel.

This is not the right kind of treatment to customers. I was really confused as to check which part of my company. I am disappointed with the service. This is the second time this is happening. If there is any parcel for me. Please deliver it direct to me or any person authorised by me.

Aramex International misbehavior by aramex head bangalor

I ordered a product from Future Bazar on 22 May which was sent to me by Aramex courier services (Aramex courier airway bill number: [protected]). On tracking my product it was shown that on 30 May it was received by Aramex Bangalore branch and was scheduled to deliver next day. I called Aramex next day and I was told that they don't deliver my area(Old Air Port Road !surprising) they have hired third party to deliver my courier.

I contacted Future bazar also and they promised that they will contact courier service for delivery. For next 2 days there was no response. On 2nd of Jun courier boy (Anand) called me in morning at 10 o clock and told me that he will come for delivery. I waited till 3 pm. At 3:30 pm some person from Aramex called me and was telling me that his courier boy was there to deliver me but I was not there. I told him that I was there for whole period than he started saying that his courier boy tried to contact me but there was no calls at my phone when I told him than he started saying that his boy was not allowed to enter in my office. I again told him that every day more than 50 couriers are coming and other courier services are delivering it. Than he started shouting on me that I am not receiving call from courier boy, I told him that there was no calls than he started shouting more and was using some language which was not understandable to me with continuous shouting. Than he ended the call.
I called him again for 4 times but he was not responding, 5th time when he picked up phone I asked him why he was shouting I also asked him his name and he told me that he is Ravi Rajan. I asked that I want to talk to head of Aramex services and he told me that he is the boss there and I can do what ever I want to do in same shouting.
I contacted Aramex customer care but till now there is no response
yet.

This is very much true the deliver boy never come to deliver instead thry write some bogous like they tried to deliver, area restricted, phone not picking.All false thing.I lost couple of free product which they never delivered.Some purchased product got delivered after repeated follow of...Pathetic courier service..Bangalore main branch is worse then some local courier service.Has anyone know their bangalore head email id?

We also encounter same as the others problems, Most of the Aramex Delivery man has no manner to their customer. They are bossy type and arrogant. Aramex should give a customer service to their personnel, if they want to maintain or loose their customers.

Aramex International wrong delivery

24/11/2010 I have sent a cargo from Hyderabad-India to Malaysia. Shipment Number: [protected] When I have checked from your aramex.com site it is showing that my cargo has been delivered and signed. But since that time, it didn't deliver and we are not able to reach aramex office numbers in Malasia. Aramex company delivered a cargo without asking ID card to some other people (if we suppose it delivered)? They cannot deliver the cargo other than consignee. I have sent email to Malasia office and they didn't get back to the consignee. Ones they called after 10 days and told that they have delivered the cargo some person in that address but they are lying because there is nobody there in that address. I am asking them details but they are not giving. While delivering they should take some mobile number with the signature and ID proof. I sent email to these emails :[protected]@ABXEXPRESS.COM.MY and [protected]@abxexpress.com.my but no response. Ones somebody called my nephew and told him that they have delivered the same address to somebody called Narayana or somthing like this. As a result my 600$ PDA has been not delivered and not able to get any info about that. And didn't find any link to complain. Finaly in internet searhed for aramex complain link and complained but what they are telling "Please be informed the said consignment is delivered on 27th November, it is almost 2 months old case our KUL team is unable to trace where the consignment is delivered. Kindly accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused and hope that you will give us the chance to serve you better in the near future."
Simply they are behaving like stupid. I will complain and write everywhere not to use this stupid company. Here also mentioning don't use aramex they are steeling your cargos and telling delivered.. They should find or pay my PDA amount.

Aramex International lost my labour id card of dubai in courier

Dear sir,

I sent one envelope via "aramex couriers" (Docket no. [protected], pick up agency : balaji courier & cargo, c-19, main road, masoodpur, vasant kunj, delhi-70) on dated 21/07/2009 to dubai (Uae), in that envelope I putted my labour id card issued by government of dubai on behalf of my company (Work permit no.[protected]), that card I sent back in my company for my visa cancellation.

When the courier received by in dubai office, they told that when the opened aramex polythene, the envelope was totally empty, there is nothing inside it, even that envelope is already opened by someone before delivering, and that opened space is enough to took that "labour card" out from that

Its really a very much serious thing, if I not submit my card on time, so my visa will not get cancel and I will not be able to get the new visa from dubai, and I will surely loose my new assignments in middle east, a small mistake from aramex side is able to waste my whole professional career, and also if that labour card is took out by some wrong persons, so they can misuse the card in various ways, and all responsibility is only by "aramex couriers"

After that, I sent several mails to customer support team/courier pick up agency/top management to aramex in dubai and delhi, but they are even not bother to reply on my mail. They are just passing the things internally, and not responding to me, that mails even I marked to ceo level person in aramex, but they also not bother to reply me and not take any single step to sort out my sitution.

I am really in great trouble, as I am not able to get my old visa cancel, and will not be eligible to apply for a new visa in dubai, all that of because I choose aramex for couriering my id card, and I advise every customer, kindly think twice to send their couriers via aramex couriers, as you well understand that how they are treating their customers and even the top management are also not bothering for any complain, so we can, t expect any thing from the middle/lower level management of aramex

hello.i have to send 4 passports to the australian consulate in dubai for evidencing.i have been trying to contact and get some sense from your company.does any one actually care about customers!.after all without customers you dont have a business!

My parcel dated 14.07.07 did not reach me so far. It was sent through aramex and they have sent it back. Poor service. Do not use it.
