My name is eddie maie I traveled with air china from sydney australia [protected] to sweden. I arrived [protected] in stockholm sweden, my bag was missing when arrived in stockholm I did contact the arlanda airport in sweden but couldnt help me so they gave me some phone numbers to contact later it took 4 days to get my bag back and when I opened my bag I found out that some of my things were missing. The weight of my bag was 23kilo in sydneys airport and in stockholm was 20kilo. The missing things were 10pieces 100ml each perfumes bought them from sydney as presents to my family and a digital hd video cam and a gift box of jewllery.
I sent so many emails to [protected]@airchina.com and made a lot of phone calls to air china in europe but no response
I am wondering is that the way you treat your customers
And when someone responsible from air china will solve this issue
