I made a booking on for a room. I frequently do online transfers with them and usually at the same hotel. As my payment was processing ( to which the card will immediately be charged), my card was promptly rejected. I checked my account balance and realised that the exact booking amount was charged. No email or any info was given to me. I called the bank but everything was in Agoda's hands. I have been cheated to and cant even get a refund as I did not receive any email or codes from Agoda.
For everyone out there, be careful and be prepared for cheats online.
