Ackermans Storescustomer service

I applied for application form to open an account with ackermans and I went in store with the required documents, then I was sent a message to go in again and submit same documents so I did that and asked lady from bay side ackermans mall to fax them for me and she said she did only to find out next day that she did not fax everything so I had to call and I waited approximately 20 min before a consultant could help me and documents did not go through for some reason then I emailed and now I am trying to call and have been on the line for 30 min and I find this absolutely appalling. What kind of service does ackermans provide and do they not care about gaining new customers, cause its clear to me that you guys dont at all.
