I am 18 years old. I purchased a washer and dryer from AAron's. We have had the front loading washer and dryer one week. When the delivery men brought the washer and dryer out, one of the wires was pulled from the dryer and afroengineered to work. Now the dryer will not work. I paid cash for this set and now I am told that there is nothing that they can do because I paid cash. Is there someone out there that can help me? tammyposton13@yahoo.com

If you purchased a new set the wires would have had to been installed there at your home as they do not know which plug head you have until you get there, same with most stoves. I would recommend that you have the appliance inspected by a qualified / licensed electrician and ensure that the proper ground is applied, I would also contact the manufacturer of the appliance as it should still be under warranty and from time to time items are shipped unknowingly from the factory with defects.
The Aarons store manager should be able to assist you with the warranty info, if he doesn't ask for his district managers number and let him/her know about the issue
