Gilford, NH xfinity representative misrepresented a "Select" mobile plan as being a free plan for one year. I asked the representative if the plan would cover would overseas calling. He said yes, no charge for international.
A get a credit card bill for $130.50 for my "free plan". When I called xfinity mobile they told me there were charges $0.20 per minute plus $25.00+ in taxes. The agent was either lying or was misinformed by xfinity. I called to avail. Tough luck. The company as a whole is poorly organized. The left hand dose not know what the right hand is doing. For xfinity make sure you research exactly what the plan offers. The local agents are not to be trusted, nor is xfinity. US Mobile offers a 2gig data unlimited talk, text for $10, and for $3.00 more overseas addon calling a month. Who needs xfinity mobile to steal your hard owned money?
