I have been a customer of xfinity for 5 years and 7 months. I have 4 mobile lines and home internet with you all. I have been on the phone for more then 5 hours with you all since Saturday, May 2nd and have been in the Schaumburg IL store. I have spoken with many people and my call has been dropped. I have spoken with a couple managers including Ava who was rude today at 2pm CST, Rosa and her manager at 4pm on 5/4, Sophia on 5/3 and I have been told repeatedly that my credit score would be corrected back to the score that it was on Saturday before my accounts were moved back together. I went into the Schaumburg store on Golf Rd. and they offered me 2 options with my 4 lines,

Then once Jose merged my Internet and Mobile account back together under the new address 2229 Kensington, Schaumburg IL 60194 they started saying I had no credit at all and would have to pay for everything in full. Honestly, I would love to have watches, but I just want to replace my daughter's broken phone.
I spoke with Rosa yesterday and her boss and she additionally promised that everything would be fixed by today and I would have a credit score on file again with xfinity. I am asking that you all review my record and all these calls and chats with xfinity to hear all the items I have been told.
I just contact a manager Omar and while I was holding for him, all 4 mobile lines were upgraded to xfinity mobile plus. I do not understand if this is the first step of things getting fixed via Rosa on 5/4, but Omar does not seem to know anything about anything.
I just want what was promised to me. I am a good customer and although I may be late sometimes with my internet, the mobile bill has been coming out of my account automatically and I want to stay with xfinity.
Please respond and please assist. My daughter is autistic, level 1, but refuses to go to school without a phone. I am in tears and just want what was told to me and I promise to make the payments. I have already paid on at least 1 phone a Samsung S24 Ultra and have been making payments on my phone a Samsung S25 plus for at least a year.
Please make this right, I know I am only one small person, but I would be happy to a lifetime member of xfinity and share with the world xfinity employees being honest and keeping their promises. Please review my account.
