I was a loyal customer for 6 years And I receive a Gmail from Xfinity saying I could receive a Iphone 16 pro for 41.66 a mo. for 24 mos. for a total of 999.99. so, I bought it well. While I was waiting to for the phone to arrive A man call and said he had sent me the wrong phone the phone they sent me was a 1600.00 phone and ask me to seed it back and I said ok. Well shortly after that a lady called from Xfinity and ask me had I received the phone, and I told her about the man from Xfinity call and said they had sent me the wrong phone and she told me that if I send the phone back I would have to pay another recount fee of 165.00 so I did not send it back. About two mos. later the same man from Xfinity call and said I qualified for a senior citizen discount and said I would have to fill out an application so I did. and the next thing I knew they payee off the balance of 875.01and charged another iPhone 17 PRO to my bank acc. and setup another payment plan. And I did not except the phone when it came I would not sign for It and it went back. well the man from Xfinity call me a 5 or 6 times I told him I sent it back and he said no I keep hanging up on him and he could call back. well about a mouth later he called and said if I wanted 40% off my phone why would I want 40% off when I got a free year of phone service year of service and I said f*** no and hung up. Well the next thing he cut my phone service off, And I still had 10 mounts of service left of free service so they broke the contract. I talk to a lawyer and he says I should call Xfinity back and talk to them and the man from Xfinity when I called I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he just keep saying you owe 579.42 over and over and I said I want to talk to supervisor and he said F***you and have a F***** good day and hung up on me! I have talked to Harris AND Harris collection and they say they sent it back to Xfinity and would not take the case It was closer out on 01/04/2026 It is on your records. I talked to a lady at Xfinity and told her and she said I owed nothing on the phone and internet . I have gotten back with the BBB and filed another complaint. Xfinity cut my phone service off me being a disabled vet. with heart problems. Put my life in danger. Why would I want to keep doing business with someone that lies to you and takes money out of your bank acc without your permission! Then wants you to pay an early termination. When they broke the contract by cutting my phone service.
