Took 3 days to fix cable after a storm which was fine. I got a text telling my service was fixed. Text said text Internet problems if still not working I did. Unplugged etc Did all the stuff. When I got on chat, they told me that I could not talk to an agent because of the outage. Finally, after 1 week I was getting an agent. Explained the situation it was going to be 3 weeks before anyone could get out to look at it FREE OF CHARGE. Explained that the wire on the pole was not repaired they didn't care. WELL GUESS WHAT. Called Surf net was out in 3 days to install and when I tried to cancel Comcast then I can talk to an agent. He was going to give me credit for the days I did not have cable. But they would not do that because it was an act of nature prior to be canceling. Agent tried to talk me into staying. Dropped off my equipment and am finally done with this rip off company with a foreigner named GEORGE. Very funny. YES ALL MY NEIGBORS DUMPED COMCAST TOO.
