Got a text about work to be done in area the next morning and service would be down. That same night our service had buffering . Next day is when all hell started. Lagging internet, buffering tv channels, stuck on channels. Streaming Xfinity TV even froze at the same time as our box. And if we could change the channels it would freeze and go back to original or some random channel and get stuck there. Tech comes out and says we need a new wifi box, changes and 1 hr later doing the same thing. This has been almost a week now. It's evidently a programing problem coming from their server and they can't figure it out.
