I contacted customer service to obtain a current Channel Iine-up of MY plan. First I'm told I have an old plan and the information did not transfer over to their new system. Hmmmm - I only had them for 3 years - If they upgraded their systems it seems like an issue on their side that all their customer information did not transfer.
Then I was sent a channel line-up but it was the total line up available in my area - NOT MY LINE-UP .
Their website SUCKS as you cannot find anything you look for and apparently neither can their staff. I've been on line for an hour now - transferred to the third person who now tells me I have the basic plan of 30 channels.
