My cost for Xfinity cable/internet service kept going up and up each six months. So, when I complained, I was told they would lock in my rate for five years. Not even a year later, the rate went up again $12. When I called to complain and remind them of their promise, they said the increase was due to increase in taxes and broadcast fees and there was nothing that could be done. The whole promotion is a scam. Don't fall for it.
