Comcast / Xfinity review: The absolute worst. How the hell do they get away with this???

Every time my Xfinity internet goes down, I send them a text to their useless site that gives you nothing but BS and never fixes anything. Every single day of the week, I have an issue with this ridiculously overpriced and useless service. I send them a text so I have a record of every time it goes down, sometimes up to ten complaints a day. At some point, I will use these texts as evidence when I sue them for the damage they have done to my business, and to collect for all the hours of stolen time they charge me for without providing anything in return. I suggest you all do the same, and at some point, we initiate a massive class action lawsuit against this worthless company. Xfinity needs to be hit with consumer fraud charges, and charges of monopolizing. They need to be broken up and turned into a public utility, just like AT&T was.
