Xfinity/Comcast use to have great ratings. Employees willing to research accounts if a customer showed proof of a bill being wrong. The employees will hold you on the phone for long periods of time, while they decide weather to disrupt your service. You can give the amount of your bill payed monthly using your bank statement. The inial agent will say you owe $300. You, ask for a Supervisor, because you expect a more accurate accounting. When the supervisor makes you wait 20 mins, he begins by telling you how any employees he supervised, next he concocks a bill of $900+ Won't let you speak, calls you a chronic non paying customer and he's cutting your phone of for a period of 6months that's it that's all. They them put this in the computer so anyone pulling up your count will not listen to you.
So, beware of this new power behavior. Just like our President Donald Trump, power struck, I'll informed and creating there on rules. Xfinity, beware of who you hire! Recommendation: Keep receipts. Pay with a method you have away of tracking your payment. Just avoid their service. Look up the reviews before signing up. Start shopping around for a service that earns your money and respect.
