I own a Condo, Xfinity never bothered telling me they use the same 1 internet line for several customers, There are over 200 Condo Units here. What I found out is when 1 person in the area experiences an Internet outage I did as well. I work for home and was hopping mad when I found this out, I fired Xfinity. Went with a local internet company even though it cost me over $200 dollars to do so. I have my own internet line, my own IP address and no internet outages. Going on 2 months and I am still waiting for my refund from turning in the modem and other equipment to the Xfinity store.
