I ordered a white cashmere sweater from Colinskeirs before Christmas 2024. I recieved a confirmation e mail of the product, cost and the adress I provided to ship it to. Colinskeirs Cannot reach company

I ordered an oversized hoodie 1/20/24. I have yet to hear anything from this company about my order. Order # CK20645. The contact email they provide does not work, I have tried several times. There is also no phone number to call for assistance. How can a company expect any good reviews. I want to cancel my order but there is no way to contact them.

Colinskeirs Clothing order

Please do not ever order from this place. I ordered 2 dresses on May 1st been waiting for a confirmation email on shipping tracking number they been telling me since May 4th on messenger and email that my order will be shipped 48-72 hours. I finally gave up and emailed Pay pal to dispute that my order was never shipped out. This sure got their attention got an email from them stating to cancel my dispute and they will ship out my order. Pay pal refunded me my money today and I am so thankful. This place is a fraud and will place your order take your money and never ship your order out. Beware...
