Littlelace ain't all that great if I'm being honest. The stuff they're selling is mad overpriced and the quality is well below average. I mean, I've gotten stuff from Shein that was better made and cost a fraction of the price. And if you do decide to buy from Littlelace, don't expect to ever see your money again because they only give you store credits. Trust me, I learned the hard way. I ended up with 2 dresses that were straight up ugly and didn't fit me right and it cost me nearly $150. I honestly wouldn't recommend Littlelace to anyone.

I gotta say, I was really excited when I found Littlelace. The clothes on their website look totally killer. But man, I gotta say, when I actually received the clothes I ordered, I was super bummed. They were totally flimsy and poorly made. For the price, I expected way better quality. It's honestly kind of ridiculous.

Had a horrible experience with Littlelace. They advertise "free returns," but let me tell you, that's far from the truth. They made it very difficult for me to return my clothing items and even penalized me in the process. First off, I had to pay for the return shipping. And instead of issuing a refund, they only offered me credit notes. To make matters worse, they claimed that the clothing items had markings on them that I caused, even though I only tried them on at home for a moment. And get this, they said they would deduct $20 from my credit note for a "cleaning fee." Incredible!

So, I replied to the email disputing this dubious "cleaning fee," essentially calling them out on their nonsense. But did they respond? Of course not! They just took my purchase money, didn't give me a credit note or refund, and kept the $100 item I returned. And if that weren't enough, they actually blocked me on social media to avoid any further dissent. How rude!

I'm pretty upset about this whole situation and I'm planning on lodging a claim with the Department of Fair Trading. It's quite apparent to me that this company is partaking in a scam to scam people who are trying to return items they are unhappy with. Stay far away from Littlelace unless you want to risk being ripped off too.

I've ordered clothes from Littlelace twice now, and both times they sold clothes from other brands that reminded me of stuff you'd find in those asian clothing stores at the mall. Not too bad since I managed to snag a couple of nice items, but here comes the catch: their clothing sizes are not true to size! Unfortunately, I've had to use their returns service twice already for that reason.

The quality of some of their items wasn't great either. One jumper I bought was made of low quality material. After two washes, it started pilling and produced excessive fluff, making it impossible to wear in public without feeling embarrassed. Most of their products seem to be made out of polyester or similar materials, which gives them a cheap appearance. I don't think their clothes are meant to last more than a few wears either.

Now, I do have a store credit that I'm finding hard to spend because it seems like nothing in their store is all that appealing right now. I'd rather have a refund, to be honest, but I guess you can't always get what you want. I've been waiting for Littlelace to restock and update their range with new styles. However, it seems like they're taking their own sweet time about it. They're slow to restock and they don't add new styles very quickly either. To make things worse, their stock levels are too low for demand on their popular items. Consequently, everything I like is always sold out.

It'd be great if they gave customers the option to enter their email addresses to get notifications when new stock arrives, but that's not the case. You just have to remember to go back there regularly, which is hard because Littlelace isn't a well known store. To put it mildly, there are definitely a few problems with this store. If I didn't have a store credit to spend, I probably wouldn't shop here again.

That being said, it's not terrible--just okay.

Got me a fancy blouse from Littlelace and boy oh boy, was I bummed out. They claimed it was made of good old-fashioned cotton, but turned out it was made from that synthetic stuff polyester - what a bummer! The fabric itself was a hassle to iron and it didn't even look that great! The color of the blouse was also kinda lackluster, not as vibrant as they made it out to be. And let's not forget about the quality.. it was just not up to par, you know? Overall, pretty disappointed.

It’s totally frustrating because I really wanted the stuff I ordered from them. And they gave me a tracking number, but it’s like fake or something, because it’s been weeks and it still says it’s in transit but it’s not moving. I don’t even think they sent my stuff.

Honestly, it’s like they don't even care about their customers or anything. They just want your money and then they don’t even deliver. It’s like they’re a total scam or something. I read some other reviews and it seems like I’m not the only one who got ripped off by them. I wish I had seen those before I ordered.

So yeah, don't bother ordering from Littlelace. You’ll just waste your money and your time. Find another company that actually cares about their customers and doesn't just steal your money. Like, seriously.
